Cam Mountain, where the church is located is reached by a very corrupt road passing through the village Karabel at Lycia. The church has a trikonch bema and three aisle naos. The bema which was formed by forming the main rock is square in the middle and it was expanded with three apses from the north, the east and the south sides. Each apse was circled with a wall semicircle from inside and a flat one form outside and has twin windows in the middle of these walls. The architectural ruins imply that the central square was used to be covered with a dome with a pendant pass. The naos walls of the church are destroyed completely. Only the location of the middle and the south nave doors may be determined. It is understood from the ruins that there was a large courtyard at the west of the church. Here there is also a cistern that is used even today. There is a (probable) baptistery at the north of the church and a tomb at the south sides. During our survey some unpublished architectural ruins were identified as well as some stone works. Resulting in illegal excavations in the apse of the church has been documented for the first time a six-digit syntronon, it also is detected the real elevation level of the church. During the studies the plan of the building is reconstructed. The aim of the presentation is to make a detailed architectural description of the structure in the light of the new findings. Especially in the 16th century, as a result of the Duke of Alva?s atrocities in Holland, London became the new home of migrating Flemish artists. For example, Hans Holbein, Hans Eworth, poet-painter Lucas de Heere, the young John de Critz I, soldier painter James I, Marcus Gheeraerts I and son, Isaac Oliver were among these artists. Therefore, during the 1500-1700 periods foreign artists became popular among the English royal family and aristocrat art lovers. For this reason, we can frequently see the Flemish influence on British painting in this period. The 17th century was the period when the Flemish influence was most prominent especially on TUDOR portraits. Another main influence on the works of the painters of this period was the ancient period. The aim of our study is to examine the Ancient and Flemish influence on the paintings of one of the most important Flemish artist of the period, Hans Eworth and try to address the style features that differ him from other artists of the period. Here, the process of one building in the historical centre from home to the art house is explained. This house is a traditional Turkish house which cannot be reached with definite knowledge about its construction year, and which is similar to the other ?skilip houses as the construction technique and the material but the land situated is totally unique. It is empty for many years. Because of this reason and also its location, the house remains a mystery. In collaboration with the Eyüpo?lu family members and the municipality of iskilip, the restoration work was completed. The house was worked to be a movement center where artistic activities will be carried out. Eyüpo?lu?s art consultant and technique team worked together. It is thought that this work will contribute to the cultural development of ?skilip. It is designed not only as an exhibition space but also as a place where people -who will work for here- are trained and where artists and the people gather and meet. Without interfering much the material of the structure, its labor, its construction technique, its size and its shape of the modular living, the first step was taken toward becoming a center of handicrafts, painting and music. This work aims to contribute to the concept of sustainability to some extent. Culture, one of the most important branches of the sustainability, will show continuity here. EFFECTS ON THE VISITORS: CASE OF BURSA ZOO " Abstract: "Zoos are among the most important urban outdoor areas that allow urban people to establish a bond with nature since they enable visitors to get to know the animals with the facilities they contain. This effort of the zoos undertakes such missions of conciliating the society with nature, increasing the awareness towards nature and increasing the sense of and interest in protecting animals. However, zoos may achieve this mission with exhibition areas that can reflect the relations of animals in nature. Thus, they can prevent a further damage to nature and increase the awareness of protection by raising awareness among the young generations in order to be able to protect the natural life order. Zoos that are designed in such a way that they reflect the natural habitats of animals and allow their natural behaviors are quite necessary for ensuring this awareness. This quality is obtained with the exhibition area containing ?naturalness?, and it is supported by the ?sense of being a part of nature?, which is asked from the exhibition area to be given to the observer. Especially that the barriers used in the exhibition area are outside the field of view of the visitors strengthens the free animal image and supports the continuity in the plant tissue. Thus, a panoramic nature view is achieved among the exhibition areas. Different types of barriers in Bursa zoo were investigated in this study, and their effects on the users were evaluated. ?Barriers? were determined among the significant design elements in describing the habitat of animals, defining animals as ?free? and giving continuity to the concept naturalness. The effects of the barriers in Bursa Zoo on the visitors were assessed within the framework of the study and the effects of the type of barriers on the following were revealed: ? How animals are perceived, ? The naturalness of the exhibition area ? The duration that the visitors stay in the exhibition area. While the uncontrolled growths change cities, particularly city centres rapidly, the changes emerging which are against the plans cause the borders and functions of the urban open green spaces to change more with each passing day. These changes especially affect the physical, aesthetic, psychologic, recreation, ecological functions of open green spaces and the satisfaction that the users have from these areas. Moreover, these changes experienced in cities cause disconnection in the inter-correlation of open green spaces and make them disorganised. In this study, it is aimed to have the functions of open and green spaces in Trabzon city centre which is still developing and changing, evaluated by the users and determine their satisfaction levels. In this study, the necessary information was provided by carrying out a literature study regarding the functions of the first urban open green spaces and user satisfaction. In the study, physical, correlation, psychological, aesthetic, recreation and sociological functions were evaluated among the functions of the urban open and green spaces. 21 expressions defining these functions were questioned by the method of the local user survey. The answers given by the local users to these expressions were statistically analysed, and the local user satisfaction levels were determined accordingly. In conclusion, the functions and user satisfaction levels of four different open and green spaces in Trabzon city centre were determined.
