However, the impacts of the global crisis on Latin America have in some respects been less severe than in previous crises. Because Latin American countries have experienced several important crises in the past, the crisis did not have severe impacts on Latin American region/economies. The aim of this article is to analyze the impacts of the global crisis on Latin America. Since the effects of the crisis on Latin American countries are generally heterogeneous, we will only mention the countries have different cases rather than all of them. We will also argue how Latin American countries are affected less severe from the crisis. We conclude that good and powerful macroeconomic frameworks and strong fiscal and monetary policies applied since 1990s played an important role to decline the impact of the crisis on Latin American countries. After that, we gave some information about the economic and commercial structure of South Africa. During our research, we have benefited from two unpublished reports written by two Ottoman consuls. According to the reports written by the head consul of Johannesburg and honorary consul of Cape Town and sent to the Ottoman capital, production volume of South Africa increased throughout the period we have examined. Throughout the period in question that the increase in both agricultural production volume and husbandry production volume and accordingly an increase in foreign trade volume, we have tried to collect data regarding the Ottoman merchants' behaviors. In an environment that Japanese, German and American merchants competed with each other, unfortunately Ottoman merchants could not present a competitive power. Despite Ottoman merchants' weak competitive power, the trade between Ottoman Empire and South Africa increased every year. There were even significant efforts to grow Ottoman tobacco in South Africa. According to the statistics gathered from the reports, we have found some information about the goods and the amounts and values of those goods that were traded between two countries. Despite their incompleteness and discrepancies, these statistics will still be very valuable for further research in the field. In this context, data from 54 countries by the year 2012 have been subjected to regression analysis. In accordance with the findings, it has been revealed that ING increases the OSE; conversely UAI decreases. Accordingly, it can be expressed the willingness of consumers to shop online increases in case of trust; but decreases in case of uncertainty and risk environment. Within the scope of this investigation, the iam of the study is to reveal whether Turkey's credit default swap points is a leading indicator describing the changes in the unemployment figures. The study discussing 2005M01 - 2015 M 07 periods was conducted in four stages. In the first stage, the stability of the series was tested by Carrion-i-Silvestre (2009) multiple structural break unit root method. In the second stage, the cointegration relationship between variables were tested by Maki (2012) multiple structural break cointegration method. For the variables defined to have cointegration correlation, long-term cointegration coefficients were estimated by dynamic least squares method in the third stage of the study. In the last stage of the analysis, short-term correlation analysis was performed between variables by error correctionmodel. According to the findings, it was concluded that Turkey's credit default swap points could be taken as a leading indicator describing the changes in unemployment figures in Turkey. While on the one hand this central authority attempted to impose particular areas of specialization, it also required some of its constituents to depend on other countries that produced products that were themselves determined by the central economic authority. United to the other Soviet States under this system, Armenia, most of whose resources were in the hands of Moscow, was one of the members of the Soviet Union most affected by the economic dependency that was implemented. The Glasnost and Perestroika policies the Soviet Union adopted in the late 1980's not only brought to an end the socialist power that had endured for seventy-two years after being established in the 1917 October Revolution; they also destroyed both the Soviet Union, one of the two main actors of the nearly forty-year "Cold War," and ''The Eastern Bloc'', which had been pioneered by the Soviet Union. As a result, including countries of this block began to declare their independence. Armenia which is one of three countries along with Georgia and Azerbaijan in the South Caucasus Region, declared its independence in 1991 by getting involved in this process. Since independence, Armenia has seen the administration of a permanent war economy, as well as isolation from the international community, due to the occupation of Nagorno-Karabakh. These factors, in addition to corruption and structural problems in the country, have hampered the stable and sustained entry of foreign investment. These developments have also adversely affected the international trade upon which the economy depends. In the present study, an overview and assessment of the Armenian economy will be presented, along with a proposal for the economic future of the country. The authors cite comments on the subject by the Central Bank of Armenia and the official National Statistical Service, as well as by independent international economic institutions such as the World Bank and the IMF; The authors base their study on data from economic organizations that rely on the results of scientific research. Without any doubt, the transition process of these countries wouldn't be easy and exhibits differences, especially for the Central Asian Turkic Republics, as they were governed under the command economy over many years. Related studies is put forward the increasing importance and future predictions within this scope. Two of the most economical and fiscal prosperity indicators of the transition economies are reconstruction of government and privatization implementations. In this context, after literature review analyzing the privatization implementations and the level of economic freedom indexes related to reconstruction of government by many dimensions under seminal international databases are crucial for that countries. With this study, after literature review, on the 25th year of the transition of Caucasus and Central Asian Turkic Republics, in 2016, reconstruction of government and privatization implementations are examined both in fiscal and economically and will be analyzed by many dimensions under seminal international databases. Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan are not only the prosperous countries in this respect but also have outstanding mining and underground resources. We also reach that the reform process of transition and the prosperity of economic indicators have not been strongly correlated.
