Wind, solar, geothermal, hydropower, bioenergy and ocean power are sources of renewable energy. The role of renewable energy sources continue to increase in the electricity, heating and cooling and transport sectors. There are many policies available to support the deployment of renewable energy. Support policies aim to promote deployment in order to achieve a number of objectives. Some of these aims are to improve technology cost-competitiveness; create jobs; promote a sustainable level of domestic production and increase market share; and move towards a more sustainable, secure energy system. The aim of this study is to analyze the public policies used to support the development of renewable energy in Turkey. A universal support policy does not exist in renewable energy. The support mechanisms preferred in the world are feed-in tariff, premium guarantee, renewable portfolio standards, tendering/bidding, tax reductions or exemptions, tax credits. Renewable energy has been one of the important topics on Turkey's energy agenda. In Turkey, renewable electricity production is mainly promoted through a guaranteed feed-in tariff. For his purpose, index data (both Islamic and Conventional indexes) from five countries (USA, UK, Canada, Japan and Indonesia) are used. The result from Engle Granger co-integration test pointed that, the financial crisis affected the integration between Islamic and conventional stock market only in Canada and Indonesia, whilst no clear effect could be found on the rest of the countries. On the other hand, the results of Granger Causality presented variations on the causality relationship in each country. After the concept of behavior, information on the concept of mobbing at workplace (psychological harassment), of which the importance is realized recently nowadays and which constitutes a major threat to organizations, is provided. The concept of mobbing (psychological harassment at workplace) is explained, and the reasons why mobbing emerges are discussed. The purpose of the research is to determine the relationship between the job performance and job stress of the seafarers in the field of application and mobbing practices. The population of the research consists of captains, principal engineers, watchkeeping officers, engineer officers and interns who work in the maritime sector. The survey used is applied to 102 seafarers. In the survey, the scales of Negative Acts Questionnaire and Systematic Stress Management (American Institute for Preventive Medicine) are used. The survey consists of three main sections. The first section measures demographic information. The second and last sections include mobbing perception scale, and the scales of job performance and job stress, respectively. The research data are analyzed with the SPSS 21.0 program. Analyses of factor, reliability, regression and correlation are utilized. According to results of this study, it is carried out that mobbing increases working stress and decreases personal performance. The research carried out in January 2013, used two survey methods- face to face and convenience sampling-, applied on 100 out of 432 accountant and/or auditors. The research used three dimensional scales by Ege et al (2003). These dimensions are consequently; "The effective factors which direct the accountants to behave inappropriately", "The moral values of accountants" and "The effective factors which settle the moral rules of accounting." One sample T-test has been applied to these dimensions having Likert scale in order to calculate averages of effective factors in each dimension. According to this research the main findings constitute these: 1) The most effective factors that lead accountants to behave improperly as "The sanctions are not deterrent", "The inadequate control mechanism", "The attitude of public inspectors", "Tax policies" , "The expectations of taxpayers from accountants" and "The available economic conditions (high inflation, economic crisis etc?)"; 2) The highest moral values are indicated as "Job qualifications", "Righteousness, integrity and impartiality" and "professional meticulous and attention"; and 3) "The morals of education in accounting field (especially at universities)", "Deterrents by legal arrangements, the attitude of authorities and courts that conducts the investigations", "The necessity of increasing the awareness of meticulous implementations of the job ethical standards" and "The widespread of professionalism" are determined as the most important factors affecting the establishment of moral rules of accounting profession. Different methods have been developed because of existing risk management measures are insufficient. The most common of these methods is the Risk Exposed Value. RMD is a method of measuring the highest loss that can occur in a certain period of time. RMD is a method of measuring the highest loss that can occur with a certain probability in a certain period of time. The aim of this study is to compare the results by applying VAR - Covariance Method, Historical Simulation Method and Monte Carlo Simulation Method which are RMD calculation methods and to show which method is a more efficient calculation method. When we evaluate the relations with the public in the framework of private institutions, the free economy and the institutionalization of the companies are in parallel with the process, and depending on the process, they vary according to the countries. Although the concept of the relations with the people, which started to be used in our country since the 90's, has been used as the only expression in the public as "the articles with the elements", it has been expressed in many forms such as relations with pr, piar and ictimiyyet in private institutions. As it has been shown in our research, the proportion of people who are engaged in marketing or advertising departments in private establishments is often used as a percentage, but this ratio is not high in general use. The reason for this is that our country is still lacking in education and information related to this field. Increasing the prevalence of exchange rates has led to different approaches. The Fisher Effect (Hypothesis) is also the most famous of these approaches. The Fisher effect (Hypothesis) is an approach that reveals a positive relationship between inflation rate and nominal interest rates. In this regard, studies on the Azerbaijani example have not been done before, which demonstrates the importance of this issue. In the study, it was aimed to test the period of 1994-2015 using empirical data related to the Azerbaijani economy as an empirical test whether the Fisher effect is valid or not. In Azerbaijan, the research is divided into three parts in order to reflect the results more accurately, due to the hypothesis that in the year of 2006 the "denomination of manat" would be devalued in the research results because it was devaluation at the same time. Descriptive statistics in terms of numerical summarization of the obtained data, Correlation analysis to determine whether there is a relationship between these variables and to determine the direction and power of the relationship, To determine the relation between these variables and to make estimations and estimations about the subject by using this relation Regression analysis was applied. As a result of the analysis, it is found that the Fisher effect is not valid for the Azerbaijani economy or at any stage of the Azerbaijani economy (after hyperinflation, before or after the change of currency, before or after Devaluation). Despite this fact, this method of payment is merely chosen and frequently used by many exporting firms. This study aims to explore both the major reasons underlying exporting firms' willingness to use the cash-against-goods payment method and the problems associated with its use in foreign trade transactions. For this purpose, a questionnaire study has been conducted through face-to-face interviews with a sample of 42 corporations operating in Bursa which was the second city in Turkey for the years 2014, 2015 and 2016 in terms of export performance. According to the results of the tests performed using the quationnaire data, some significant conclusions have been inferred about the use of the cash-against-goods payment method and the related problems experienced by the firms.
