As a result of the developments in information systems, the use of electronic documents has become widespread and even become mandatory in some areas. Foreign trade financing is one of the areas where electronic documents are useful. But use of electronic documents has not yet become widespread in this area. The continuation of paper-based processes shows that this area needs radical and comprehensive changes such as infrastructure, legal compliance, innovative products and investments. Foreign trade requires the creation of common platforms that bring together all parties involved in the transaction so that paper documents can be completely removed. In this case, legal integration from one country to another is required in many areas from electronic signature to foreign trade. The emergence of blockchain technology, which has the ability to provide document integrity without the need for a third party to act as a trusted third party, has created a new hope for this integration. This study approached to the electronic documents in foreign trade and finance in the perspective of blockchain technology. When examining the results of the t-test in this context, the hypothesis "there is no significant difference between OECD countries with high education and secondary education rates of labor" is rejected at the 5% significance level. These findings show that there is a statistically significant difference between OECD countries in terms of labor rates with higher and lower secondary education, which is higher than the ratio of high-educated labor and intermediate-educated labor. The purpose of the study is to examine variables that are thought to influence the duration of unemployment using the Cox regression model. The study of the years 2012-2015 Income and Living Conditions Survey used in the data set is taken from the Turkey Statistical Institute. Stratified Cox regression and time dependent explanatory variable Cox regression analyzes were used where the proof of proportional hazards assumption, which is the only basic assumption of Cox regression analysis, is not provided. As a result of the analysis, the models obtained were compared with Akaike and Bayes Information Criteria and the most suitable model was selected. According to the results of the most suitable model obtained, the marital status of the individual, education level, age, registration status with Social Security Institution, financial deprivation, household size, monthly net income received during the reference period and unemployment rate were determined as important variables affecting the unemployment duration.
