But the discipline of economic law, which has begun to develop due to the reciprocal relations of each discipline with each other, neither by lawyers nor economists sufficiently known. This study was taken to examine to understand what is the outline of Economy Law, the intersection point in the mutual effect of law and economics. In this regard, business people would be obliged, usually, to accept the contracts that have been written down by foreign buyers or sellers or agents. However, these contracts frequently carry conditons, that are not familiar to business people. Moreover, in case of a dispute, business people could face various legal sanctions due to these carelessly and imprudently negotiated contracts. In this work, we will mention main problems, that might be encountered during the negotiations of contracts for the international sale of goods and point at the issues to be elaborated in preparing these kinds of contracts. The first agricultural activity that human being made in order to survive was gathering and hunting. With the introduction of simple tools, machinery and ultimately industrial production, the relationship between human and agriculture has evolved and has survived to the present day. Today, few forces that dominate the global economy and the financial sector follow the World scale in order to control the agricultural sector. The strategy they follow affects the health and future of all living beings, especially people. The results of this strategy have affected the Turkish agriculture sector as well as affecting World agriculture and it still continues to influence. Although agriculture has declined compared to the industry and service sector, the last 40 national income and the effect of employment on foreign trade in agriculture has increased 25 times worldwide, in the historical process. Turkey also has experienced similar developments. Agricultural and food products foreign trade which was 5 billion dollars in 2002 reached 25 billion dollars in 2017. In 1990, the added value derived from agriculture in turkey was 7.7 billion. In 2010, it reached the highest level which was 69.7 billion dollars. In the following years, it has been decreasing continuously and in 2016 it was realized as 53.4 billion dollars. In this study, it has been tried to present solution suggestions for the problems that obtained by examining the size of the Turkish agriculture sector in the macro economy, especially the period of 2002-2017. In the study, the beneficiaries of the Turkstat, World Bank, FAO and WTO were used. The empirical analysis in this study extends the existing evidence on Turkish manufacturing sector productivity using econometric model that account for cross-section dependence and heterogeneity of production technology in a panel setting. The common correlated effects (CCE) type estimator is applied, which makes use of cross-sectional averages of the dependent and explanatory variables of the regression equation to remedy the cross-section dependence problem arising from unobserved common effects and/or error spill-over effects due to spatial or other forms of local dependencies. Overall, the following main conclusions are derived. 1. Individual industry regression results convey apparent technology heterogeneity across the industries. However, some of the individual industry estimates seem implausible whilst most of them are imprecise. 2. Imposing slope homogeneity restriction in the pooled models lends a lot of precision to the capital productivity estimate. However, when tested, the industries are not poolable. But, interestingly, the mean-group and pooled estimates of technology coefficients are close. 3.The technology estimates are sensitive to the presence of observed and unobserved common factors, justifying the use of CCE estimators. We identify four observed factors that render the coefficient estimates sensitive which, as a result, are included in the regressions. 4. Compared to pre-2002 period, labor productivity is widely dispersed across the industries in post-2002 period. By the end of 2011, in some industries labor productivity is well below 1980 levels. Data were gathered by interview method which is one of qualitative data collection methods and analyzed by descriptive analysis technique. With the semi-structured interview form created for this purpose, interviews were held in U?ak with a visit to the museum. The data obtained from interviews were analyzed in four factors. These; U?ak, the reputation of U?ak museums, the likeness of the U?ak museums, the intention to visit again and the museums as a factor of attraction. As a result of the analysis of the obtained data, most of the museum attendants have determined that U?ak has come to U?ak for different purposes, that they have prior knowledge about U?ak museums, that the yare satisfied with the museums, that they can visit U?ak museums again if they have opportunity and that the museums are not very effective in coming to U?ak. While the accumulation of capital and labor factors has been directly related to economic growth in certain Sectors, the growth literature has introduced new concepts in terms of its effects on economic growth. These are concepts such as information society, knowledge economy, human capital, research and development (AR-GE), learning-by-doing and technology diffusion (spillover) and are at the center of new growth theories. Romer has included human capital accumulation as an important locomotive of economic growth in the internal growth model. Furthermore, Mankiw et al., Who further developed the Solow-type growth model, investigated how the economies of the steadystate countries could be able to regain growth again. For this purpose, the model included physical and human capital as the main factors affecting growth. Another important factor in the interaction between human capital and economic growth is R & d (Research & Development) expenditures. Increasing or activating R & d expenditures in terms of human capital investments leads to an increase in physical investments and allows a high real growth trend to be achieved. Human capital, an important source of internal growth models, knowledge, skills and individual abilities, and in this sense it provides significant benefits to development. From this point of view, there are many academic and / or empirical studies on the role that maturation plays in the development process. It is emphasized that human capital plays an important role in economic development, especially at the point of investments in education and health. Parameters that define human capital in econometric analyzes are usually reached with variables related to education. In this study, we will try to examine the effects of these factors which determine economic growth by using econometric models. The study seeks to explain the impact of investments in education and health, which are important components of human capital, on economic development.
