For this reason, the effect of motivation methods used by managers in increasing social efficiency and organizations is very important. The aim of the researcher is to determine the perceptions of managers about health workers. The study was carried out by applying questionnaires and scale to 229 participants, 46 of whom were managers and 183 of them were employed in 3 different health institutions. In order to determine numerical outcome of the effect of motivation techniques used by managers to increase productivity, a data analysis software which is called "SPSS 20" was utilized in this study. The aim of this study was to investigate the ideal productivity and motivation perceptions of health professionals and managers working in healthcare institutions. Data were collected from a total of 229 individuals, including the questionnaire, the manager of the organization (46 managers) and the employee (183 healthcare professionals). Therefore, Turkey and the European Union (EU) has focused its R & D spending, like all countries in the world. While these developments in R & D expenditures are experienced, it is noteworthy that the number of young people who are not employed is seen as a serious problem. Inthisstudy, the impact on youth unemployment of R & D intensity were analyze dempirically for Turkey and EU countries. In the model established based on the 2000-2017 period, long-term cointegration coefficients were estimated with the Fully Modified Least Squares Method. The short-term relationship coefficients were determined by error correction model and Dumitrescu and Hurlin (2012) causality analysis was applied. In this context, policy suggestions were made in line with the econometric results. In this scope, the cross-sectional dependence method is available and the analyzes are obtained in Gauss codes and Eviews version 10.0. When the results obtained are evaluated, the interest variable has been determined to be statistically significant on the exchange rate in 7 countries. When the coefficient sizes are examined; Turkey and South Africa's interest in high-impact, low impact while Poland and Russia were obtained. Looking at the panel in general; When interest rates increase by 1 unit, the exchange rate decreases by 5.6%. For this purpose, monthly data covering the period between January 2006 and December 2018 were taken as the basis and time-series econometric methods were applied. In the first stage, Kapetanios?s (2005) unit root test, which allows for multiple structural breaks, and in the second stage, Maki?s (2012) cointegration test, which takes into account multiple structural breaks, were applied. After a cointegration relationship was found between the series, FMOLS (Fully Modified Ordinary Least Square) cointegration coefficient estimation was implemented for long-run coefficient analyzes. Finally, short-run relationships were determined through the error correction model. As a result of the abovementioned econometric analyzes, it was found that a 1-unit increase in the domestic debt stock decreased the credit volume by 0.22 units, and it decreased the total deposits by 0.14 units, in other words, there is a negative relationship between domestic debt stock indicators and credit and deposits. The main objective of this research is to examine the impact of the mobile phone subscription on the import coverage rate by exports. The research question inquires the effect of mobile phone penetration in a country on foreign trade. In this paper, the development of internet technology is mentioned. The concept of foreign trade has been examined. The import coverage rate by exports has been examined. The concept of globalization has been addressed as a factor affecting the concept of mobile phone penetration and foreign trade. A significant relation was found between the mobile phone usage and foreign trade as a result of analyses in this study. The hypothesis of the reseach is supported. This means that the effect of mobile phone subsciptions on export-import coverage ratio is statistically significant.
