In correlation analysis; there was a negative but small relationship between credit volume and unemployment rate. Stability of series; ADF, PP and Kapetanios (2005) that were examined with multiple structural fracture unit root test and the series were found to be I (1). Existence of cointegration relationship between series; Maki (2012) has been examined with cointegration test with multiples tructural breaks and it is found that there is a cointegration relationship between the series. Long-term coefficient analyzes were carried out by FMOLS method and it was determined that when the domestic credit volume increased by 1 unit, the unemployment rate increased by 0.024 units, and the crises and other structural break-up dates had unemployment-increasing effects. In short-termanalysis that was carried out with the FMOLS method and it was determined that the increase in credit volume had a positive impact but small effect on unemployment rate in the short term. Again in the short-term analysis; The coefficient of error correction term was negative and statistically significant; In other words, it is determined that the error correction mechanism of the model works and the results of the long-term analysis are reliable. In the long period; along with the series together moving between unemployment and credit volume, the deviations occurring in the short term; 29.1% disappears every year. The causality analysis between the series were performed by Granger (1969) method and a one-way causality relationship was found from the unemployment rate to the domestic credit volume. From past to present, people care about regional development and study on it both in the world and in our country. To serve this purpose, development agencies were established, structural fund was supplied by Europian Union, and development policies were made. In this way, the regional development differences were tried to reduce to minimum. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to define the level of socio-economic development in 81 cities by using the datas from 2016. Results obtained and the results of the study done in 2012 will be compared. Previously, by taking into consideration the funds supplied to our country with the help of Europian Union and structural fons, the effect to development of cities were tried to observe. During evaluation and interpretation stage Factor Analysis was used. As a result of this econometric analysis the socio-economic level of our 81 cities were revealed and development rankings came up. In this study, to determine the underdevelop areas in Turkey 38 socio-economic factors of 81 cities were used. Ranking shows while first ten developed cities are respectively Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, Bursa, Konya, Kocaeli, Mersin, Mu?la and Adana, the last 10 cities are back to front Ardahan, Tunceli, Mus, Hakkari, Kars, Igd?r, Bingol, Agr?, S?rnak and Bitlis. When we compare the 2016 rankings with the 2012 ones, it is seen that 31 cities improved, 44 cities degreaded and 6 cities remained same. Independent Audit and Annual reports of the companies are used in process of the analysis. In the analyses made based on the finalized 2018 year-end data, it was found that companies' credit insurance would enable them to make a total economic gain. In this regard, it is possible to observe that the premium costs of the companies that have insurance coverage are lower than their receivables that become swamps. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of intellectual capital components on employees' organizational commitment. Research data was obtained by 671 employees working in the call center in Turkey. In the analysis phase of the data, SPSS statistical software program was firstly used and performed frequency distribution, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and exploratory factor analysis tests. The data set finalized as a result of exploratory factor analysis in SPSS was processed into AMOS, a structural equation model program, and research hypotheses were tested using confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis methods. As a result of the research; a significant relation was found between intellectual capital components and organizational commitment. These findings show that any improvement in the intellectual capital components will also increase the organizational commitment. Since it is well known that soap directly attacks the virus by disrupting its the lipid bilayer membrane, the formation of soap by electrical simulations of human body fluids were modeled, using saline and oil added saline solutions. Oil was used as a model for lipid membrane and molecular structural alterations were followed by using Raman spectroscopy. The results indicated that when electrical simulations were performed by using square wave dc current 10V for 10 m duration, the acidic saline environment converted to basic environment, which destroyed the added oil by formation of soap. Çağrı PEHLİVANOĞLU Author-Email: cpehlivanoglu@yahoo.com Title: ASSESSING THE DIFFERENCES IN ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT PERCEPTION OF EMPLOYEES WITH RESPECT TO INDIVIDUAL DEMOGRAPHIC FACTORS Abstract: In today?s business world, employees? level of organizational commitment is important to achieve organizational success. Each employee?s organizational commitment differs from one another. There might be several individual demographic factors behind the differing levels of organizational commitment of employees, which is a topic worthy of being investigated. Therefore, the study investigates the differences that might be created by a set of individual demographic variables, such as status, work experience, age, and education level, on the perception of organizational commitment of the employees. As the measurement tool, one of the most well-known tools of the literature, Meyer & Allen (1991)?s Three Component Model of Organizational Commitment Scale, was used. The questionnaires were distributed based on convenience sampling method to the employees working in trade enterprises in Istanbul. A total of 400 questionnaire forms were distributed and 320 were accepted as valid for statistical analysis. Employee organizational commitment perceptions were examined in all sub-dimensions (affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment) of the scale in terms of demographic variables. T-test, ANOVA and Tukey tests were used for the analysis of the variables. As a result of the analyses, it was determined that some of the demographic variables (status and work experience) do not cause any difference in the average organizational commitment scores of employees; while others, namely age and education level lead to a difference. Finally, some suggestions were made for future researchers regarding the analysis of demographic variables and sample selection Journal: Eurasian Business & Economics Journal Pages: 90-106 Volume: 23 Issue: 23 Year: 2020 Month: Feb DOI: 10.17740/eas.econ.2020.V23-06 File-URL: https://eurasianacademy.org/index.php/busecon/article/view/854 File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:eas:buseco:v:23:y:2020:i:23:p:90-106 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Cumhur ŞAHİN Author-Email: cumhur.sahin@bilecik.edu.tr Title: HERDING BEHAVIOUR IN FINANCIAL MARKETS: A LITERATURE REVIEW Abstract: According to the classical finance theory it is assumed that investors show rational behaviour in order to achieve maximum gain.but this approach has changed since 1980s. There are a lot of academic studies emphasizing the determining effect of human psychology in financial decisions. Behavioral finance considers the interaction between emotions and investors decisions. According to the New financial approach investors show irrational behaviours and take prejudices into the account for investment decisions as opposed to traditional perspective. Behavioral finance analyzes the market anomalies which conventional financial theories are inadequate to explain based on an assumption that individuals are not rational. While doing this, it benefits from the other sciences such as psychology, sociology, and antropology, etc. One type of behavioral finance is herd behavior. In this paper, domestic and foreign literature research on herd behavior in financial markets were analyzed. With the spread of it to other countries and becoming a global one, the effect of the epidemic showed itself mostly in the economies of the country after health. How and via which channels the coronavirus outbreak has affected the World and Turkish economy and the measures taken by the countries to keep the economy afloat are focused on in the study. In addition, it was concluded that the coronavirus epidemic had a serious destructive effect on some sectors, it was overcome with less damage on some sectors, the economies of the country were negatively affected by different channels and there were significant decreases in growth and employment rates.
