It tries to eliminate the dilemmas of established economics? excessive abstract methods by including specifically the concept of organization widely in economic analyses and uses the organizational approaches as a lever for this purpose. In this study, the conceptualization process of the institution phenomenon, which plays a role in strengthening the consistency in the theoretical analysis of economics, is discussed. It is emphasized how to pass from the abstract institution definition to the concrete reality and the sources of the objective parameters representing the institutions are examined. The results are that economic theories and policies should be scrutinized in terms of institutions and the indicators representing them, and the approach of developing static theoretical approaches for different societies, cultures, geographies and different times should be abandoned. In this context, institutions should be added to the study universe of economics as an inseparable element, and they should be dynamically examined continuously with their historical and evolutionary processes. The concretization of institutions and institutional structure and which indicators should be developed and monitored for this should be taken into the theoretical focus of economics. In this context, the first aim of the study is to calculate the significance levels of the components that make up the Social Development Index for 2020 according to the G7 group countries using the Entropy method. The second aim of the study is to determine the social development performances of these countries with the Entropy-based Gray Relational Analysis method. Finally, the third purpose of the study is to measure the relationships between the Social Development Index values of the countries and the social development performance values of the countries determined within the scope of Entropy-based GIA, MAUT, WASPAS, COPRAS, EDAS, ARAS and TOPSIS Multi-Criteria Decision Making methods. Based on the findings, it was determined that the most important component of the Social Development Index according to the G7 group countries is inclusiveness. According to the Entropy-based Gray Relational Analysis method, the social development performances of the countries are ranked as Canada, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, United Kingdom and USA. Within the scope of the research, it was found that the Social Development Index values of the countries provided the most relationship with the values determined as a result of the Gray Relational Analysis method within the framework of the mentioned Entropy-based Multi-Criteria Decision Making techniques. Therefore, it has been concluded that Social Development Index can be explained in general terms with the Gray Relational Analysis method. The excess of individual burdens, one of the reasons for tax evasion by taxpayers, should be reduced. This situation should also be supported by increasing tax inspections. The guarantee that tax amnesties will not be given once again should be given to taxpayers. Thus, the potential of honest taxpayers to turn to tax evasion will be eliminated. Empirical researches are important especially in terms of realizing a good analysis of responses of taxpayers’ and obtaining expected income from taxation. Determination of tax-related perspectives of taxpayers and taking necessary measures provide a sound taxation system completely. In this study, tax amnesty, reasons of tax evasion for not paying taxes have been taking into account in Yalova and Diyarbakır. The survey was conducted with 465 people in the above mentioned provinces. Regardless of the province, various income groups were asked how they met their tax amnesties, and 85-90% of the minimum wage and payroll employees who participated in the survey stated that their view on tax amnesties was negative. In order to determine the type of the state, it is necessary to first determine the economic purpose of the state. Once the goal function is determined, the proper mechanism should be decided. In other words, a set of strategies that are optimal and consistent with the objective should be determined. Objectives have been identified in previous studies, with special reference to the sugar industry. This study contains an explanation of the mechanism that is proper for the goals, with special reference to the sugar industry. According to the results of the study, in the process of Turkey's establishment, the state acted as an actor with the aim of maximizing public welfare during the capital accumulation process and thus expanding the market for domestic producers and creating market for them. During this process, the state provided incentives to the private sector manufacturer in a certain period of time, within the framework of the periodical targets. Later, the state gave up on this policy and provided incentives to the public firm within the framework of periodical targets. Then the state gave up on this policy. The state ended its quest through trial and error and began to determine price and quantity decisions. Thus, the state here can be called the state that takes part as it learns or the state that replaces it as it learns. The researches were carried out in a company in the agriculture and livestock sector in Borsa Istanbul AŞ between 01.01.2013-31.12.2019. Regression analyzes were calculated using the SPSS 20 program. EVA was accepted as the dependent variable in the regression analysis. Return on assets, return on equity, earnings per share, price / earnings ratio, market value / book value and return on sales ratios are accepted as independent variables. 63 regression models were created. Among the most meaningful models, the models with the highest explanatory power were determined and interpreted. With the independent variables of return on assets and return on sales, a model with an explanation power of 99.1%, meaningful and not auto correlated was determined. However, new management approaches, an increase in education level, developing technology, and changes in the market, make the processes related to employees' management difficult. As a result, the commitment and motivation of the employees to their organizations decrease. Managers whose performance expectations are not met seek to increase commitment and productivity. In this respect, psychological contract and work engagement, which are seen as the concepts that determine individuals’ attitudes and behaviors in business life, can be useful in explaining the relationships between employee and organization. It is also necessary to know the perceptions of employees to understand their attitudes and behaviors. Psychological contracts and c work engagement are tools and methods that can present this perspective to managers. This study's primary purpose is to examine the relationship between psychological contract and work engagement, which strengthens the relationship between employee and organization. In line with this objective study, 199 participants working in the aviation industry in Turkey was conducted with survey method that allows participation. The data obtained through the questionnaire were analyzed with the SPSS program. As a result of the research, it has been concluded that the psychological contract perceptions of the aviation sector employees affect their level of work engagement. Also, it was concluded that the relational psychological contract, which is one of the psychological contract dimensions, positively affects the employees’ level of work engagement. In contrast, the transactional psychological contract has a negative effect. It is thought that determining the relationships between psychological contract and work engagement will make significant contributions to both theory and practice.
