The aforementioned considerable improvements led many economic and non-economic implications for the countries. This study investigates the influence of information and communication technologies? development on the economic growth in 11 post-transition EU members over 1996-2017 period through panel cointegration and causality tests. The analyses revealed that ICT development positively affects the economic growth in the long run and ICT development and economic growth feeds each other in the short run. When Lee Kuan Yew took over the country as the country's first Prime Minister in 1965, Singapore's GDP per capita was about $ 500 per year, similar to Mexico and South Africa. Today, Singapore's GDP per capita is around US $ 65,000. According to the result of Singapore Global Competitiveness Report 2019, it ranks 1st among 141 countries. According to the Information Society Readiness Index 2020 report, it ranks 3rd among 134 countries. According to the Ease of Doing Business Index 2020 report, it ranks 2nd. When the changes are reflected in business life, they bring about a change in the situations observed in employees. It is seen that those who work on issues that arise in business life are fed by different emotions about different situations. The reason for this is that there are different issues that employees encounter in their business lives. The efforts of the employees to show resistance to different issues and to adapt to changes, the hopes they have nurtured, and the optimism about their careers, even in cases where there are problems in career steps, are the subject of many research topics. The perseverance of the employees in the face of difficult situations is regarded as a psychological capital that can guide the progress of the employees in their business life. It is also investigated whether the presence of Islamic banks causes a change in commercial banks' response to macro-financial changes. In the study, analyzes were conducted with pooled regression models over a mixed sample of countries with and without a dual banking system. Bank stability has been analyzed using two alternative criteria, which is widely used in the literature the z score and the ratio of non-performing loans to total loans. The findings show that macro-financial variables strongly affect bank stability. There is no clear evidence that Islamic banking in dual banking systems improve bank stability. On the other hand, it was observed that the income or welfare levels of the countries in the sample had a strong relationship with bank stability. Marriage, pregnancy, birth, family care responsibilities are among the sexist roles that put more work on women and are some of the reasons why women cannot participate in the labor market.In order to reveal the gender inequalities in the labor market in Turkey, in this study; The relationship between the searched job type, the searched job, the status at the last job, the job search time, the reason for leaving the job variables and the gender variable is analyzed. In addition, the concept of sustainability appears as a criterion for companies to access credit opportunities. In the study, an analysis of R&D expenditures and net profitability in BIST 30 companies was tried. Although the positive effect of R&D expenditures on firm profitability in the short run is stated in the studies conducted in the literature, the existence of this effect could not be determined in local studies in the long run.
