Today, according to official figures, approximately four million Syrians live in Turkey. Syrians who are accepted as temporary refugees can live wherever they want in Turkey. This situation allowed them not to be evenly distributed with the population and resources in 81 provinces, but to accumulate in a small number of provinces. Syrian caused serious problems in metropolitan areas and border cities where they are concentrated. Chief among these problems is the insufficiency of the resources created for the urban population due to the additional pressure caused by the Syrian population. For example, the number of Syrians living in Kilis today is more than the number of Turks. Since the distribution of resources is made according to the Turkish population, additional Syrian population’s pressure naturally leads to the need for additional resources. Primary healthcare service is the first step and the most widespread service provider in public health service delivery. Primary healthcare service is based on family medicine. The distribution of family physicians, on the other hand, constitutes the most evenly distributed public health personnel according to the population numbers of provinces, districts, and neighborhoods. However, the uneven distribution of the additional population coming from Syria between the provinces led to a sharp deterioration in the distribution of family physicians among the provinces. In this study, using the Atkinson inequality index, the social benefit provided by the family physicians of the two population segments according to the Turkish and Syrian populations in the provinces was calculated and compared. The same application procedure was performed for the other physician entity for comparison. The findings revealed that the social benefit provided by family physicians remained disproportionately low for Syrians. It is possible to talk about a latent bond between these groups that need each other in the realization of unlimited desires and goals. This latent bond has been protected by the protectionist attitudes that have taken on various names in recent times, and personal interests are also protected. Within the scope of organizational sustainability, institutional interests are imposed on the members of the organization. While aiming to increase social benefit with social responsibility projects, an effort is made to avoid the impact of crises. In addition to the literature review carried out in this context, a survey is carried out with a sample group of 467 people by using the quantitative research method. Health workers working in private health care institutions in Istanbul were selected by random sampling method. The questionnaire consisting of Demographic Information Form, Organizational Sustainability Scale, Global Social Responsibility Scale and Ten-Item Personality Scale consists of 5-point Likert scale type and 79 items. As a result of the data analysis carried out by using IBMM SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 23.0 package programs, the mediating role of personality traits in the effect of social responsibility perception on organizational sustainability in health workers was determined. The ERP application ensures that the current culture within the company is resistant to digital transformation and change, agile, open to development and innovation and strengthened. ERP application is provided to make the existing culture within the company more powerful, resistant to digital transformation and change, open to development and innovation. ERP is a commercial software package that promises seamless integration information flowing across company, including financial, accounting, human resources, supply chain, production planning, quality management, customer service. It is known that, ERP system setup in companies is quite expensive and time-consuming. However, the investment return rate of (roi) the ERP system varies between 8 and 23 months on average. The ERP transformation project touches and affects all business units of the enterprise. For this reason, it is important to choose the right software packages and the solution partner software company that meets the company’s requirements and objectives and choose experienced project teams from different business units. The wrong choice will result in high costs, labor and time loss. Senior executive support is required to make these election decisions, to provide budget support, to manage business process change and employee resistance. For this purpose, a project sponsor is usually assigned from within the organization, which is expected to be innovative, collaborative and leader-spirited. The ERP Executive Council consisting of senior executives, including the sponsor, are participatory and decision-making mentors who monitor project development changes and risks, and coach the project manager in the project to go live at the specified time, in accordance with the specified budget, delivery schedule. In this study, expert opinions of the decision makers (project team) consisting of company managers and employees in the Aerospace, Ready-to-Wear (textile and shoemaking) sector and IT Software Company consultants who have provided consultancy services to these companies have been utilized. Project management process by the ERP Project team; three sub-criteria under the main criteria of Planning (Business Plan and Solution-Partner Software Company Selection and Installation, Project team and sponsor determination), two sub-criteria under the main criteria of Implementation (Process design As Is-To Be, Configuration), three sub-criteria under the main criteria of Control and Prevention (Verification-UAT, Cut Over-Swich off, Training) and three sub-criteria under the main criteria of Go Live (Go Live, Support, Delivery/Project Closure) are discussed in four stages. ERP project management stages were analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) using the opinions of the project team who have signed many successful ERP projects. The 9-scale developed by Saaty used to compare ERP project management stage criteria with the AHP analysis hierarchy according to the degree of importance in binary. Thus, the criteria were compared in pairs to reveal the relative importance levels. With this study, the importance of ERP project management stages are determined and it is aimed to contribute to the following measures: Allocating the required number of human resources, Project budget forecasting at sufficient cost, Planning the delivery Schedule of project Journal: Eurasian Business & Economics Journal Pages: 39-63 Volume: 30 Issue: 30 Year: 2022 Month: Feb DOI: 10.17740/eas.econ.2022-V30-04 File-URL: https://eurasianacademy.org/index.php/busecon/article/view/1106 File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:eas:buseco:v:30:y:2022:i:30:p:39-63 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Havva KOÇ Author-Email: havvakoc@trakya.edu.tr Author-Workplace-Name: Trakya Üniversitesi Author-Name: Ayhan UÇAK Author-Email: ayhanucak@trakya.edu.tr Author-Workplace-Name: Trakya Üniversitesi, İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Title: The Effect of the Velocity of M3 on GDP: The Case of Türkiye Abstract: In light of the views that contributed to the history of economic thought, proposing the velocity of money as an indicator to evaluate the general balance of the economy is the subject of this study. In this sense, the evaluation of the velocity circulation of money together with the macroeconomic performance criteria has been the basic idea for the econometric modeling of the study. The motivation of this study is the question of how the velocity of money affects Real GDP, which is a measure of macroeconomic performance, and how the variables determined as macroeconomic performance measures affect the velocity of money. In econometric analysis, the answer to this question was sought with the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method. For the Turkish economy, four variables were obtained with quarterly data between 2006 and 2019. These are Real GDP, Inflation, M3 money supply, and V3, which is the velocity of circulation of the M3 money supply. According to the model result, real GDP is included as the dependent variable and the velocity of circulation of the large money supply is selected as the independent variable. There is a positive relationship between real GDP and the velocity of money in the same direction. According to the model's result, the variables selected for macroeconomic performance are taken independently and the velocity of money is taken as the dependent variable; There is a positive relationship between real GDP and the velocity of money in the same direction. A positive correlation was found between the inflation variable and the circulation rate in the same direction. There is an inverse negative relationship between the M3 money supply and the velocity of circulation. MIKTA countries are significant economic powers and all are members of the Group of Twenty. Bye the way, agricultural development is one of the most powerful tools to finish extreme poverty, improve shared prosperity, and find food for a forecasted 9.7 billion people by 2050. But agricultural growth, reduction in powerty and food security are at risk. Recent shocks such as COVID-19 related disruptions to extreme weather, pests and conflicts are all affecting food systems, resulting in inflation and increasing hunger. Increasing climate change could further reduce yields, especially in the food insecure regions around the world. So, the research aims whether the agricultural sector performs well or not within the MIKTA countries which are thought of bearing significant importance for their relavant continents. In this meaning, data for MIKTA countries throughout 2018 and 2019 from World Bank has been taken. Here, agricultural land, rural population and rural population percent of total population are inputs. On the other hand, agriculture, forestry, and fishing value added is the output of the DEA model. Then, analysis have been done using Malmquist Total Factor Productivity Method (MTFPM), super efficiency measures have been found out and ineffective countries in MIKTA have been detected. Businesses also carry out production with an environmentally friendly approach and reflect this understanding in all production processes. Choosing the right green supplier is vital in enterprises' ecologically friendly production. Businesses can have more than one green supplier in today's market. This situation brings up supplier selection/decision-making problems for firms, and these problems contain many uncertainties. It becomes even more critical that the decision-makers make their decisions objectively and accurately, especially if the number of criteria and alternatives is high. Multi-criteria decision-making methods make it possible to evaluate with a scientific and systematic approach in case of multiple alternatives and criteria. Due to this feature, it is widely used in green supplier selection problems. In this study, the green supplier selection problem of a business operating in the electricity sector was investigated. The primary purpose of the study is to provide the optimum green supplier selection for the enterprise. First of all, the opinions of three experts in the enterprise were taken and obtained from the literature; compliance quality, green product design, green purchasing, and green production criteria have created the most suitable criteria for the study. EDAS and VIKOR methods, which are multi-criteria decision-making methods, are handled separately, and the optimum green supplier is selected for the enterprise. The consistency of the results obtained with the RoHS analysis applied in the enterprise is examined. As a result of the research, the same green supplier ranking was obtained with the RoHS analysis, VIKOR, and EDAS methods.
