All the efforts of managers towards employees are called directing, leading, or executing. Since directing is realized through orders and instructions, it is also the basis of management. Therefore, power, authority, authorization, command, and influence components are needed for the realization of directing. For effective directing, leadership with the ability and willingness to direct is also needed. In addition, effective communication, and strong motivation in both the leader and the employees are needed for the realization of direction. In this study, firstly, the components of power, authority, authorization, command, and influence, which are the basic elements required for direction in enterprises, are explained. Then, the element of leadership is explained with an overview of leadership theories. In the third stage, the theoretical narrative on effective communication was given by focusing on communication this time. Even small savings that can be obtained from the main sector of the economy such as the construction sector correspond to large costs. When the projects in which BIM is used are analyzed, it is concluded that it has a significant contribution to the project budget. For this reason, in the content of the thesis, the use of BIM in the world countries, the standards and guidelines in the world countries, the status of BIM in Turkey and the projects where it is used are examined. Classical Project Management methods are not sufficient today and the efficiency of the construction sector has started to decrease. Building Information Modeling (BIM, YBM) system has been developed to increase efficiency with the development of technology. Then, social network analysis was applied to the data obtained and the relationships between authors, publications and keywords were visualized. When the publications by years are analyzed, the first publication on cryptocurrency was realized in 2014 and publications continue to increase today. Of the studies on cryptocurrency, 42% were conducted in the field of computer science and 11% in the field of finance. Shean Corbet was found to be the author with the strongest connection to cryptocurrency with 37 publications and 1929 citations. It was determined that 62% of the studies used between 4 and 6 keywords, and the keywords cryptocurrency, blockchain, Bitcoin, Ethereum and volatility were frequently used together. It was seen that the keywords used were divided into 255 clusters. For this reason, it is thought that it is important to learn the attitudes of nurse managers regarding anger and expression of anger while investigating the quality of the health service provided by the institution, the success of the institution, the safety of the institution, its own health and performance. In this study; in terms of demographic characteristics of manager nurses; It was aimed to evaluate the effect of anger level, expression style and service quality. As a result of the analysis; While there is no significant difference in terms of age groups and the number of nurses responsible; A significant difference was determined in terms of marital status, gender groups, child status, education status, manager nursing time groups, task groups, unit groups, weekly working time groups and working style groups.
