The aim was to deal with problems related to unsustainable economic development and environmental degradation. Following the 2008 financial crisis, the green economy entered the mainstream in economic debates and is now perceived by international organizations and governments as a paradigm shift in contemporary development thinking for sustainable economic development. In addition to mitigating the effects of the global crisis and improving the environment, the green economy is also seen as a means of eliminating global poverty and social inequalities. Within the framework of this perception, the study aims to emphasize the importance of the green economy within the concept of sustainability. Within this scope, the relationship between the green economy and other environmental concepts, the development process of the green economy, the stages and principles of the transition to the green economy, and the benefits of the green economy transformation will be discussed. Supported by public funding, these hospitals stand out with resource management, distribution, and utilization requiring a strategic approach. The selection of the right model ensures the distribution of healthcare services according to principles of equity and justice, thereby guaranteeing public access to quality healthcare. City hospitals, being large-scale projects, necessitate management aligned with sustainability goals. The investment model involves strategic planning for the hospital’s future needs. Monitoring technological advancements, infrastructure improvements, and long-term investments are fundamental elements of this planning. With the right investment model, public policy goals regarding healthcare services are supported, public health improves, access to healthcare services increases, and patient safety is ensured. The identified investment models focus on the effective utilization of resources in line with these policy objectives. The article emphasizes the critical importance of PPP models in large infrastructure projects, particularly addressing the importance of determining the right investment models in the context of city hospitals, acknowledging that models are project-specific and tailored to different purposes, thus highlighting the necessity of a careful analysis and evaluation process. This production is also carried out by agriculture. The most important factor required for agriculture is the land suitable for agriculture. It is known that agricultural lands, which are the main place of the activities that human beings carry out throughout life, have a very important role in both individual lives and social life. Considering the increasing world population, the protection of agricultural lands is one of the issues that should be seriously emphasized in terms of ensuring the continuation of human life. For this reason, in this study, which is a research article, it was primarily defined on the basis of the usage areas of agricultural lands, and the current situation of agricultural lands in Turkey was mentioned and the areas covered were examined with numerical data. Laws, legislations and regulations regarding the usage areas of agricultural lands in Turkey were explained in historical order, and due to the gaps and deficiencies made in this context, the non-purpose use cases of agricultural lands were examined, and suggestions were made regarding the measures and regulations necessary for the use and protection of the lands in accordance with their purpose. In universities, these applications enable the management, education, and student services to be carried out through digital platforms. Through e-governance, universities can easily perform processes such as student registration, course selection, and academic calendar arrangements in a digital environment. Additionally, the opportunities for information sharing and collaboration increase, allowing national and international projects between universities to be managed more efficiently. The importance of e-governance for universities lies particularly in its ability to enhance efficiency and enable more effective use of resources. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the significance of e-governance applications for universities. With the increase in e-governance applications and the digitization of administrative processes, communication between students, academics, and administrators will be expedited, while bureaucratic procedures will be reduced, speeding up decision-making processes. Furthermore, the integration of data management and analytics systems in universities will contribute to better monitoring and improvement of academic performance. Thus, universities will achieve digital transformation both academically and administratively, becoming more dynamic and competitive institutions. Drawing on Social Exchange Theory (SET), this research examines how work autonomy, work enjoyment, trust, and IPR concerns affect individuals’ intention to participate in creative crowdsourcing tasks. Additionally, it investigates trust as a moderator, exploring how it shapes the relationship between IPR concerns and participation intention. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to university students in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The results from multiple regression analysis indicate that work autonomy and trust significantly increase crowdsourcing participation intention, while IPR concerns negatively affect participation, especially when trust is low. The moderation effect of trust further reveals that higher trust reduces the negative impact of IPR concerns, making participants more inclined to engage. This study contributes to the limited body of literature on crowdsourcing adoption in emerging economies by providing insights into the psychological mechanisms driving participation intention. By combining resources and expertise from both sectors, PPPs promote innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. They offer a comprehensive approach to addressing the interconnected challenges of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through collaboration, adaptable governance, and capacity building. Meanwhile, rapid technological advancements, particularly in artificial intelligence (AI), are driving significant disruptions and creating new markets. However, addressing the challenges posed by these advancements is crucial for maximizing their benefits. This paper underscores the critical role of transparency and accountability in evaluating the success of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in North Macedonia. Emphasizing detailed evaluation methods can enhance partnership development, improve outcomes, and advance sustainable development goals. The paper aims to assess PPP effectiveness in North Macedonia and explore potential synergies between artificial intelligence (AI) and PPPs to innovate novel models capable of swiftly addressing global disruptions. Evaluation follows the framework outlined by Buse & Tanaka (2011) for evaluating Global Public-Private Health Partnerships, drawing lessons from ten years of experience and assessing three distinct PPPs. Based on the findings of this study, there's room for enhancing the efficiency and transparency of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in North Macedonia. This could lead to a clearer comprehension of the effectiveness of current partnerships and identify areas for enhancement. Consequently, future research should prioritize exploring topics such as PPPs' transparency, contract execution methods, usage of AI and tendering processes.
