It has been found that right-wing CSOs are more effective in preserving conservative values, promoting social solidarity, and directly contributing to public policy-making. Particularly, right-wing CSOs have established close ties with the state, playing a significant role in decision-making processes and implementing major projects in collaboration with local governments. On the other hand, left-wing CSOs have focused on raising awareness in areas such as human rights, environmental protection, and social equality. However, their impact has been limited due to political pressures and financial constraints. The study concludes that while both right- and left-wing CSOs provide multifaceted contributions to public administration, ideological divides hinder effective cooperation and limit their overall potential. When selecting the best tablet that meets their needs, users must consider multiple criteria such as performance, price, battery life, screen quality, memory capacity, and processor power. In situations requiring multi-criteria decision-making, using an objective and systematic method can make the decision-making process more efficient. One of the most important innovations in information technology and communication is tablets. The presence of numerous tablet brands in the market makes purchasing a new tablet a challenging decision. This study aims to determine the most suitable tablet using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method, which is one of the Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) methods. The TOPSIS method is an effective decision support tool that ranks alternatives based on their proximity to the ideal solution and their distance from the negative ideal solution. In the study, commonly preferred tablet models in the market were selected and evaluated based on criteria such as price, processor performance, screen size, battery capacity, memory capacity, and camera quality. The criteria were determined and weighted based on expert opinions and user needs, and the ranking of alternatives was performed using the TOPSIS method. When selecting the options, the best-selling tablets on an e-commerce platform operating in Turkey were taken into consideration. The results demonstrate that the systematic approach provided by the TOPSIS method ensures an objective evaluation in the decision-making process. This study serves as an example not only to help consumers select the most suitable tablet for their needs but also to encourage businesses to use scientific decision support methods in product evaluation processes. Additionally, it has been concluded that the TOPSIS method offers an effective decision mechanism for comparing technological products such as tablets and can be applied in different sectors. Leader-member interaction refers to the trust and support relationship that leaders establish with the employees under them. When this interaction is positive, employees feel more valued and supported, making it easier for them to deal with plateaus in their careers, that is, stagnant periods in their career development. This is where psychological resilience comes into play; It is defined as the capacity of employees to be resilient in the face of challenges, adapt positively, and maintain their personal development. An effective leader-member relationship strengthens the psychological resilience of employees, which becomes an effective tool in overcoming career plateaus and their continuous development. Thus, the synergy between leader-member interaction and resilience provides significant momentum in employees' career journeys and helps them overcome career plateaus. The aim of this study is to examine the mediating role of psychological resilience in the effect of leader-member interaction on career plateau for 481 healthcare professionals. There is a 25.4% negative significant correlation between psychological resilience and career plateau. As psychological resilience increases, the negative effects of career plateau decrease. As a result of the structural equation model, leader-member interaction has a negative significant effect on career plateau (β=-0.491, p<0.01), leader-member interaction has a positive significant effect on psychological resilience (β=0.220, p<0.01) and psychological resilience has a significant effect on career plateau. It has a significant negative effect on the plateau (β=-0.282, p<0.01). As a result of the Standardized Bootstrap Analysis, it was determined that psychological resilience had a mediating role in the career plateau effect of leader-member interaction. Thus, hypotheses H1, H2, H4 and H4 were accepted. Focusing on the process of creating corporate value, integrated reporting is a reporting technique that reflects the organization's strategy as a whole by establishing interaction between financial and non-financial information. Integrated reporting is considered as the reporting technique of the future. This study examined the 2022 integrated annual reports of Vakıfbank, Halkbank, Yapı Kredi and Akbank, which publish integrated reports on the Integrated Reporting Turkey Network (ERTA) platform, in terms of their compliance with the guidelines and content elements specified by the International Integrated Reporting Council within the framework of integrated reporting. Vakıfbank and Yapı Kredi issued their first integrated reports in 2019, while Halkbank and Akbank issued their first integrated reports in 2020. It was observed that the banks prepared reports in accordance with the integrated reporting framework and that the capital items included in the integrated reporting framework were included in detail in the reports. The top five priorities of the banks are similar in terms of digital transformation, innovation and customer satisfaction. It was concluded that Vakıfbank's integrated report is richer in terms of capital items and created values compared to other banks. In addition, when we compared the integrated reports of each bank within the framework of the guidelines, it was observed that the integrated reports of Halkbank and Akbank were more compliant with the principle of brevity and conciseness. When the outputs of capital items are evaluated, it is seen that Yapıkredi and Vakıfbank are more effective and efficient.
