Although numerous studies have been conducted on this topic in the literature, it is difficult to claim that all aspects of the subject have been fully explored. The Turkish economy, which had maintained price stability for many years, has experienced renewed inflationary pressures since 2018. This period, which can be described as a significant regime shift, provides a crucial case study for financial stability literature. In this context, our study analyzes the impact of inflation shocks in the Turkish economy, which has transitioned to a high-inflation regime, on key financial markets, particularly the bank credit market. Using a dataset consisting of quarterly data covering the period from 2003,1 to 2025,1, we conduct analyses based on MS-VAR models. A two-stage analytical approach is adopted. In the first stage, we examine the effects of a potential inflation shock on credit volume, credit rates, and non-performing loans. In the second stage, we investigate how an adverse credit shock affects interest rates, exchange rates, and stock prices in a high-inflation regime. The findings indicate that the economy exhibits a strong tendency to remain in a low-inflation regime. Nevertheless, a strong inflationary dynamic is present in the Turkish economy. Therefore, once the economy enters a high-inflation course, exiting this path may prove difficult. On the other hand, inflation shocks are observed to have strong but short-term effects on the credit market. Negative credit shocks, represented by non-performing loans, have also triggered temporary reactions in other key financial variables such as interest rates, exchange rates, and stock prices. Although unexpected and severe price shocks initially exert negative effects on the credit market and financial markets in general, these effects dissipate within a maximum period of one to one and a half years. This suggests that market participants quickly adapt to high-inflation conditions and continue their financial market activities accordingly. The marketing and sale of products and services by insurance companies through bank branches increases both the effectiveness and performance of the parties. On the other hand, customers can access insurance products at more affordable prices through a channel they trust. In this study, the adoption level, market share and effectiveness of bancassurance in the Turkish Insurance Sector were investigated through surveys applied to sector employees. The data obtained were analyzed using statistical methods such as one-way ANOVA, hypothesis tests and multivariate regression. The findings obtained showed that the adoption level and market share of bancassurance are high, and that the introduction of this channel and its advantages to customers by experienced employees has a significant effect on this. The high adoption level and market share of bancassurance has reduced the costs of insurance companies and increased their profitability. In other words, it has provided insurance companies with a significant increase in effectiveness and performance. Thus, bancassurance is expected to gradually become the dominant distribution channel. The attitudes of healthcare personnel working in public hospitals toward in-service training reflect their openness to professional development, willingness to follow innovations, and motivation for self-improvement. These training programs not only enhance professional competence but also have a direct impact on employees’ levels of job satisfaction. Developing a positive attitude toward in-service training among healthcare workers is a significant factor that may contribute to increased job satisfaction. While job satisfaction refers to an individual’s positive attitude toward their job, job dissatisfaction represents the opposite. In this study, differences in in-service training attitudes and job satisfaction levels of employees working in healthcare institutions were examined. The aim is to enhance job satisfaction by fostering positive attitudes toward in-service training within healthcare institutions. The research was conducted on 500 healthcare professionals working in a public hospital in Istanbul. The study adopts a quantitative research design. As data collection tools, an in-service training scale and a job satisfaction scale were utilized. Data was collected in the research by survey method, which is one of the quantitative research methods; Face-to-face and voluntary basis, questions created from Fatigue Severity Scale and Job Performance Scale were applied to a total of 211 shopping mall employees working as sales consultants, cashiers and section attendants in 17 Burda Shopping Mall and Troypark Shopping Mall in Çanakkale city center in 2023 and the results of the research were analyzed with SPSS 26 program. Frequency Analysis, One-Way Anova Test, Normality Test, Simple Regression Analysis and Correlation Analysis were performed in order to examine the relationships between the variables in the research and to determine the characteristics of the participants. According to the results of the Correlation and Simple Regression Analysis, no relationship was determined between fatigue severity and job performance in the examined sample and no effect was found. When the ANOVA test was performed to examine whether there were differences between fatigue severity, work performance and categorical variables, significant results were shared; it was understood that fatigue severity was a significant difference according to the standing times of shopping mall employees, task performance, which is one of the sub-dimensions of work performance, was a significant difference according to the positions of the employees, and working hours were a significant difference on the contextual performance level, which is a sub-dimension of work performance. The research was aimed to contribute to the relevant literature in terms of the fact that studies on fatigue severity are generally conducted in the field of science and are limited in social sciences. Due to the scarcity of studies on fatigue severity in social sciences, it is both a theoretical contribution and a practical benefit for the sector in which the research is conducted. This novel asset class introduces unique market dynamics alongside new categories of risk. With the potential to broaden financial inclusion and enable faster, lower-cost transfers, cryptocurrencies are expected to enhance the efficiency of the financial system. However, their intensive speculative use and pronounced volatility may pose threats to financial stability. The risk of their use in illicit activities—such as money laundering and the financing of terrorism—also remains salient. States have adopted divergent policy approaches in light of these opportunities and risks; some have implemented prohibitive measures, while others have established regulatory frameworks to bring these assets under supervisory oversight. The ultimate impact of cryptocurrencies on the future of financial markets remains uncertain, and developments in the field are being closely monitored. Accordingly, countries must design robust policy frameworks that preserve financial stability and legal order while harnessing the potential benefits of cryptocurrencies. The concept of money, evolving from past to present, continues to transform in line with commercial and technological advances; in the current period, the strengthening trend toward digitalization has brought cryptocurrencies to the fore. Given their increasing recognition and expanding use cases, it is important to examine cryptocurrencies in depth. In this context, the study aims to analyze the theoretical foundations of money, to evaluate the cryptocurrency ecosystem theoretically based on the existing literature, and to delineate the financial landscape by examining the approaches of selected countries and international organizations worldwide, as well as that of Türkiye. The study is divided into two main sections. The first section presents a theoretical framework on the concept of psychological violence. It includes the definition and historical background of psychological violence, the causes of its occurrence—particularly those specific to the maritime industry—its stages, types, and the common forms encountered within the sector. In addition, the legal dimensions of psychological violence and national and international studies from various sectors, including maritime, are also discussed. The second section outlines the research conducted to investigate the impact of psychological violence on seafarers’ onboard working periods. This section presents the methodology, findings, and results of the study. The findings indicate that the perception of psychological violence has a significant effect on the intention to leave work. In general, as the level of perceived psychological violence increases, employees’ intention to resign also rises. Significant and positive correlations were found between the sub-dimensions of psychological violence (those affecting communication, attacks on social relations, attacks on reputation, attacks on quality of life and work, and those directly affecting health) and the intention to leave work. These findings reveal that psychological violence has adverse effects on employees in the workplace and triggers thoughts of resignation.
