Research and development activity (R&D) as an impulsive force of economic growth has a leading role in the economic structures of countries. R&D sector contributes to the economic growth by creating externality via increasing returns in endogenous growth models. This study aims to test if the predictions of the R&D models are valid for BRIMC countries by using the annual data for the period 2005-2014. The results of whole panel data indicate that R&D expenditures affects economic growth positively. As well as the average duration of life, the increase of population makes the health sector important. An individual?s examination, tests and observations, use of drugs, surgical interventions and physiotherapy applications are involved within the scope of health services. While rendering these services, the technological development of medical materials being used, the drugs and the duration of hospitalization increase the costs. The extension of hospitalization causes not only a financial cost, but also a social cost as other patients have an extended use of this service or fail to use the service. The reduction of hospitalization is thought to decrease the cost per patient and increase the capacity for other patients to use the service, which is important in terms of the health sector. The objective of this study is to examine the demographic features affecting the duration of hospitalization, which signifies the number of days starting from being admitted to the hospital in Turkey in 2012 until the discharge, based on the internality problem of independent variables. The study has used the data of 2012 Health Researches Survey that was conducted by TUIK. The phenomenon of migration is different for each individual within a society affected at different rates. Considering the impact of migration on women in the context of the individual role of women in society is increasing its importance. Woman; an individual, as a wife and mother with a collection of varying properties affects a large proportion of their living environment. As well as to her society contributes as labor. All of these effects as a result of the women workforce, in social structure is important for economic value. The study of participation of women in the labor force during this migration period were analyzed using panel data analysis. The effect on net migration rate of women participating in the labor force population ratio in the panel regression models were investigated. For Level 2 regions in Turkey data collected for 2008-2015 period has been used. In the light of the obtained data panel regression model, the participation of women in the labor force ?net migration rate? has emerged as a result was negatively affected. In this frame, Turkey? data are contributed to the analysis for the period of 1971-2010. Apart from previous studies causality relationship between primary, secondary, tertiary education level and CO2 is investigated separately. In this analysis critical value was used which obtain from bootstrap distribution as well. Findings indicate that there is not any causality between primary, secondary school enrolment and CO2 emissions, but causality relationship found which from tertiary school enrollment towards to energy consumption and CO2 emissions. In this sense high education can be effective instrument for politicians who conduct policy about environment and energy. Abstract: Knowing of the chaos theory by the electric data analysis has caused the understanding of the difficulties of the balance Knowing of the chaos theory by the electric demand has caused the understanding of the difficulties of the balance in Electric demand. The applications of the chaos theory related to electric demand data have aimed to overcome these difficulties. Chaotic deterministic models with sensitive dependence on initial conditions provide a powerful tool in understanding the apparently random movements in electric demand data. Although the linear methods used for stable linear systems, generally fails at the nonlinear analysis, however, they give intuition about the problem. Due to a nonlinear variable in the difference equations describing the dynamic systems, unpredictable dynamics may occur. The chaos that expresses an irregular condition can be characterized by "sensitive dependence on initial conditions". We employ three tests. The BDS test, Correlation Dimension test and the Neural Network test. The results from these tests provide very weak evidence for the presence of chaos in crossing the hourly electric demand. In this study, the methods for the chaotic analysis of the time series, obtained based on the discrete or continuous measurements of a variable are investigated.
