Üyesi Title: THE IMPACT OF POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL ON PERFORMANCE IN ORGANIZATIONS: THE CASE OF BANKING SECTOR Abstract: Providing benefits to the organization as a result of the psychological and emotional well-being of the employees is one of the main objectives of the organizations. Human knowledge, skills and knowledge in the inner world constitute psychological capital. Psychological capital strengthens the perception that organizations should show their performance in order to show their growth and development.The potential of working people with high psychological capital to perform more work, points out that human resource managers need to make more systematic efforts in order to improve their psychological capital in their institutions. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between psychological capital and business performance of 3 state and 3 private bank employees in Istanbul with the help of a regression model. As a result of the analysis, 65.1% increase effect was determined on the business performance of psychological capital. As a result of determining the factors affecting the satisfaction level of the students, the effect on the satisfaction level of the marketing of the education service is investigated in this study because it is an important source for the arrangements that the universities will take. Studies that focus on student satisfaction help university administrators to make successful, long-term relationships easier to establish and maintain. In this direction, it is adapted to the training service based on the perceived question proposals of the SERVQUAL scale used in evaluating the consumers' expectations and perceptions about the services offered. The primary data were collected from 382 students attending Necmettin Erbakan University Faculty of Tourism in December 2017 by questionnaire technique. According to the results of the study; it has been determined that there is a positive relationship between the perceived quality of service and satisfaction level of education services. Title: K Means Clustering Analysis of the Determinants of Human Development Index for the Member States of the Organization for Islamic Cooperation Abstract: The Human Development Index is one of the most important indexes showing the development levels of countries. In this study, Human Development Index is formed for 27 member countries of the Islamic Cooperation Organization using per capita income, life expectancy at birth and education variables. In addition, the determinants of human development level are obtained by employing k means clustering analysis and the countries are classified as high and low by their developmental level. The results show that Brunei, Kuwait and Qatar have high levels of human development level compared to other Islamic countries.
