The income level in the primary labor market, where official employment contracts are made and employees are insured, is also higher than in the secondary labor market. There are four different statuses of employment in the primary labor market in Turkey. These are, 1) 4-1/a (workers), 2) 4-1/b (self-employed in non-agricultural sectors), 3) 4-1/b (self-employed in agriculture), 4) 4-1/c (civil servants). In three of the four different statuses in the primary labor market, it can be interpreted that as women's employment rises, gender inequality decreases, and as it women’s employment decreases, inequality increases. The only exception is status 4-1/c, that does not have an indicative feature since the appointment of civil servants is made through central planning. In this study, the levels of specialization in women's employment in the primary labor market in the TRA2 region consisting of Ağrı, Iğdır, Ardahan, and Kars, and the "ordinal, cardinal" status of this region is both numerically and sequentially analyzed. In this analysis, the “location quotient” technique is used. The findings revealed that the provinces in the TRA2 region are among the provinces with the most severe gender inequality in the country. Among the four provinces, it is concluded that the province with the most inequality was Ağrı. While some economists claim that any change in money supply can directly affect the rate of circulation of money and inflation, others argue that the connection between money supply and rate of circulation of money is rather weak. The motivation of this study is the question of how the velocity of money affects Real GDP, which is a measure of macroeconomic performance, and how the variables determined as macroeconomic performance measures affect the velocity of money. The answer to this question has been sought in econometric analysis. For the Turkish economy, four variables were obtained with quarterly data between the years 2006-2019. These are Real GDP, Inflation, M1 money supply and V1, which is the velocity of circulation of money. According to the model result in which real GDP is included as the dependent variable and the velocity of circulation of money is selected as the independent variable; There is a positive relationship between real GDP and the velocity of money in the same direction. According to the result of the model in which the variables selected for macroeconomic performance are taken independently and the velocity of money is taken as the dependent variable; There is a positive relationship between real GDP and the velocity of money in the same direction. A positive correlation was found between the inflation variable and the circulation rate in the same direction. There is an inverse negative relationship between the M1 money supply and the velocity of circulation. GETAT should be integrated into health care processes by providing the necessary qualifications and environment by health professionals. The inclusion of GETAT applications in the applications within the scope of the ministry of health can fully meet the needs and expectations of patients by maximizing the satisfaction received from the health service. All individuals involved in the management phase of health services should master these practices and perform the planning and coordination process proactively. The analysis of the data obtained from the scale used in the study was made using the IBM SPSS 26.0 package program. In the first stage, the percentage and frequency distributions of demographic and general information, which constitute the first part of the survey, will be presented. In addition, the percentage and frequency distributions of the answers to the scales and the mean response and st. deviation values will be given. The determination of the methods to be used in the analysis depends on whether the distribution is normal or not. For this reason, Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk normality tests were performed on the scale dimensions. Since the distribution of the data did not fit the normal distribution, the Mann-Whitney-U test for each paired group and the Kruskal Wallis test for three or more groups were used in the group differences test. Relationships between dimensions were determined by correlation analysis Journal: Eurasian Econometrics Statistics & Emprical Economics Journal Pages: 34-52 Volume: 22 Issue: 22 Year: 2022 Month: Mar DOI: 10.17740/eas.stat.2022-V22-03 File-URL: https://eurasianacademy.org/index.php/econstat/article/view/1101 File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:eas:econst:v:22:y:2022:i:22:p:34-52 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Şeyma ÖZEN Author-Email: seymaozen@stu.aydin.edu.tr Author-Workplace-Name: İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi Author-Name: Mustafa Mete Author-Email: mustafamete@aydin.edu.tr Author-Workplace-Name: İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi Title: REGULATORY EFFECT OF HAPPINESS ON THE EFFECT OF COGNITIVE FLEXIBILITY ON CAREER ADAPTABILITY IN HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL Abstract: Health institutions are organizations that show continuity due to their organizational structure, work with zero errors and have a chaotic structure. As a result of this, it is expected that the employees in this sector will act in accordance with this organization. It is expected that both administrators, who are decision makers, and health workers, know this organizational structure and act in this direction. The aim of this study is to reveal the moderator effect of happiness on the career adaptability of 511 health workers in Istanbul with the structural equation model. The results of the study show that the cognitive flexibility of healthcare professionals and their ability to adapt to their careers also have a moderating effect on happiness. It shows that individuals with cognitive flexibility and career adaptability directly affect their impressions on their happiness and the work done. Especially in the study based on health workers, it is seen that the health personnel with cognitive flexibility have a direct effect on their careers. Career adaptability also emerges only in cognitively flexible individuals. It is determined that if these conditions are met, the happiness of health workers will increase.
