The study group consists of private pre-schools, pre-school teachers working in kindergarten at elementary schools and pre-school teachers in these schools located in the central district of Adana province. The data was collected by applying scale items, which were prepared by researchers, on a total of 210 teachers. In the analysis of the data; item-total correlation, item-rest correlation and Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient were analyzed. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) results showed that 30 items in the scale were grouped into four factors. Cronbach alpha internal consistency coefficient was found as 0.82 for the 1st factor, 0.86 for the 2nd factor, 0.92 for the 3rd factor and 0.83 for the 4th factor and 0.91 for the entire scale, respectively. Their contribution to total variance was 55.67% and factor loads varied between 0.41 and 0.91. A valid and reliable scale was obtained by performing statistical analyses on the data obtained.
