Especially in cities, due to reasons such as lack of adequate playgrounds, traffic and safety, children are kept away from traditional children's games. As a result, children who are locked in the house become play on the internet .At first phase, for the family who is working and who do not have time to play with their children it is seen as a solution that children play computer at home. But ?t has been proved by science that extreme computer games break children's mental health. The game is the easiest and most natural way to educate children. Children enjoy learning on this count. Educational toys, are needed to increase the variety of educational games. The aim of this study is to contribute to the development of children by designing educational toys. For this purpose, applied design method has been used. The toys in study were developed by Esenyurt University Child Development students for special education lesson. As a result, 12 toys were designed. Considering child problems, certain issues attract the attention stemming from family characteristics and their raising attitudes. This study is conducted in ?stanbul province through Conners and PARI rating scales with 169 families. As democratic and equalitarian attitude increase, hiperactivity symptoms of the children also increase. There is correlation between hiperactivity scores and income status and between mother education and having sibling. Conduct disorder symptoms of boys are higher than girls; as the education level of family rises, overprotection and strict discipline scores reduce and democratic attitude scores rise. Strict discipline scores are higher in families for unintentioned children than planned children; overprotection, rejection of housewife role and strict discipline sub-dimensions are higher in low income group. Democratic and equalitarian dimensions are higher as income rises; there is significant relationship between number of children family have and mothers? rejection of housewife role scores; ?hiperactivity?, ?attention deficit?, ?oppositional defiance? and ?conduct disorder? scores are significantly lower in children of mothers who describe themselves as ?insightful? in comparison with mothers who do not describe themselves this way. However, the cultural heritage of a region also includes abstract elements and provides a more holistic approach to the promotion of the region. In this context, especially with the importance given to the gastronomic tourism in recent years, local culinary culture has been on the increase in the studies on destination marketing. Based on the idea that local cuisine is gaining importance in the presentation of a destination, this study focuses on the Balkan region, which has a high tourism potential due to its diversity in natural beauty and rich in culture. The aim of this study is to introduce the culinary art of Macedonia, a Balkan country, and presenting a conceptual assessment of how this cult can be used in the promotion of Macedonia as a tourist destination. In the first part of the study, the local culinary heritage?s culture and importance of tourism are emphasized, then the culinary culture of Macedonia is introduced in the last part. Suggestions on how to use the Macedonia cuisine as a sales tool in the presentation of the destination have been elaborated. Cultural historical tourism is a factor that involves touristic attractiveness, that is, defines culture and historical values. Cultural historical tourism has become the most active factor among attractiveness factors. Historical monuments are considered as the places of interest not for only researcher-specialists, but also tourists in society. In its turn, cities are places that form the first class touristic market places for foreign tourists where political and economic and cultural centers are concentrated. The role of cities in the cultural historical tourism is particular and is increasing in importance in recent years. Cultural historical tourism in Kazakhstan has been well-developed in the historical archeological direction. Kazakhstan is a country with many historical and cultural geographical monuments which is rich in historical and cultural heritages. These factors are the guarantee of a successful development of cultural tourism. In this regard, an active use of cultural historical heritage and the consideration of historical and cultural monuments as an integral part of tourism infrastructure are of great importance for the development of cultural tourism. At the same time, nowadays cultural tourism is regarded as the most famous and general form of tourism.
