It is possible to say that writing musical dictation, which can be considered a study of defining voices at musical level, has a long history in the curricula of music education institutions. In the first dictation studies at the Paris Conservatory, while musical passages were initially dictated by students hearing vocals, the organ was later used instead. Since, the main instrument in this study has become the piano. Experimental studies related to the use of other instruments instead of piano within the scope of dictation studies show that, if sufficient education is provided, the use of any instrument in dictation studies is possible with no negative effect on student?s performance. This study was designed with the assumption that when a music student writes dictation with his or her individual instrument, it is more advantageous than the use of other instruments. However, said student can successfully dictate on unfamiliar instruments if necessary training is given. The study has a weak experimental design as it was completed with pre-test/post-test and no control group. The study group consisted of 10 students studying in their 2nd and 3rd years in the Spring 2018-2019 academic year in the Department of Music Education at Mugla Sitki Kocman University Faculty of Education. In selection of the study group, the 2nd and 3rd year student grades received in the Musical Hearing, Reading and Writing course the previous semester were taken into consideration. In the pre-test, post-test and educational work, dictations were asked via violin, flute and qanun and the questions were selected from the literature of these instruments. After the pre-test, training was conducted for 4 weeks, one hour per week for each instrument, and the post-test questions were asked. As a result of the study, it was seen that the students were more successful in dictations written with violin in the pre-test study than with other instruments. However, this difference was closed in the post-test after the training study with students demonstrating success with the violin as well as with flute and qanun. In the empirical analysis, panel causality analysis, which takes account of dependence and heterogeneity between countries, is used. According to the empirical results, 3 out of 15 transition countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Russia and Ukraine) showed a one-way relationship from tourism revenues to economic growth and a two-way relationship in Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro. For Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan there was a one-way relationship from economic growth to tourism revenues, while for other countries there was no relationship between the two variables. The empirical findings provide important policy outcomes for the 15 transition countries studied. English language education takes place as a compulsory course in tourism programs in junior colleges and faculties. Vocational English courses are also part of language training. Although English is a common subject, the vocational English courses taught at universities do not have a common curriculum. The purpose of this study is to find out what the students expect from the vocational English course and what those who hold managerial positions expect from an employee to be recruited in the sector in terms of English, to compare whether their expectations overlap and to discuss the role of the school if there is a conflict between expectations. In this context, a questionnaire was applied to a group of high school students and the managers of a leading hotel in resort tourism were interviewed. According to the results the expectations of the students and managers are mostly overlapping, the managers also give importance to the general English skills; they seem to be insistent on the fluency in speaking. Therefore, it is probable to reach the conclusion that general English subjects should be included in the preparation of the vocational English curriculum. Recommendations include increasing the hours of compulsory English hours in colleges. For companies failing to keep pace with that innovation speed, the system has created a market within itself leading to innovation and the production of products of the same speed and quality, on condition that companies buying high-cost machines will be employed. Thus, micro enterprises are able to continue their activities by getting some of the operations of products in the production line that they design done by other companies and buying ready materials and labor force. Buying ready materials and labor force opens new areas of employment creation for the youth. The study thoroughly discusses positive and negative aspects of the activities of micro enterprises within the system, including their advantages and disadvantages, as well as how they are included in the system and what the system contributes to them. Accordingly, the micro enterprises operating in the province of Denizli comprise the extent and limitation of the study. It was tried to determine how and to what extent the enterprises utilized ready materials and labor force and it was found that the enterprises did many work that could be done outside by themselves, however they utilized other enterprises when they remained incapable. The presence of contract work was evaluated in terms of the furniture industry. As long as the youth who have graduated or are about to graduate gain experience, are included in employment and make attempts to produce via these small enterprises, the aforementioned furniture sector will develop even further. It was observed that buying ready materials agreed with enterprises under the counter, leading to cheap work in the market and decrease of capital investments due to higher investment costs. In the contract work done by micro enterprises, it was determined that the environment of trust which was created by enterprises interacting with each other was not damaged and good relationships were established also after the work, as there was a strong communication between the enterprises. In the study, when the enterprises were asked about the problems of the sector; they stated that the enterprises from which they bought raw materials increased prices whenever they desired to, whereas they were not able to increase prices in such a short time and although the sector had certain problems, the relevant chambers and organizations neither offered solutions nor showed any interest. We suggest that such micro enterprises be encouraged and promoted to contribute to the employment of the youth who have graduated or are about to graduate.
