Many factors such as natural resource deficit, technology deficit, foreign trade, monetary and fiscal policies affect the current account deficit. In this context, the sustainability of the current account deficit is of utmost importance for the sustainable economic growth of countries today. In this study, the sustainability of the current account deficit of BRICS countries was tested empirically. The result obtained from the study is that the current account deficit of BRICS countries is not sustainable unless effective policies are implemented. In this context, it is extremely important for countries to ensure the sustainability of the current account deficit by correctly diagnosing the causes of the current account deficit and applying effective treatment methods in order to achieve sustainable economic growth. Besides, a risk alignment was established among these critical control points. Also the contaimation ways of the mentioned foodborne pathogens were determined by using statistical methods. Thus, the contamination tools of the anaylzed foodborne pathogens were determined and the correlations among the critical control points and the foodborne pathogens will be exposed. The results were discussed by using the scientific literatures for determining the basic criterias of the contamination and spreading ways of the aforementioned foodborne pathogens. Besides possible contamination sources as contact surfaces, equipments, hands of the students / staff of the schools, drinking / domestic water and foods that were served in schools were analysed for important foodborne pathogens. According to the results, it was detected that analyzed variables were found to be positive in different concentrations for all the microbiologic parameter. It is thought that to be gained individual hiygien applications to the students who are included to special education programsa re very important to prevent possible infections. Besides it was also concluded that sustainable education programs which will be applied by realted government agencies to both students (who have learning ability) and staff would be very useful for preventing possible outbreaks and incresing life quality. Currently, it has been identified and declared in Turkey eighteen special environmental protection areas (SEPA) are available. The four of these eighteen special environmental protection areas are located within the borders of Mugla Province. These are Datça-Bozburun Special Environmental Protection Area, Fethiye-Göcek Special Environmental Protection Area, Gökova Special Environmental Protection Area and Köyce?iz-Dalyan Special Environmental Protection Area. In 1989, with 383 numbered Decree Law (Decree Law) were established EPC Agency in order to manage the SPA. However, with the Decree Law No. 648 adopted by the Council of Ministers in 2011, this institution was closed down, and it was stipulated that the works and procedures specified by departments of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization in the Decree Law no. 383. After the transition to the Presidential Government System, the ministerial structures were rearranged with the Presidential Decree No. 1, and with the article 103 (p) the responsibility for carrying out the duties given by the Decree Law No. 383 on the Establishment of the Special Environmental Protection Agency is given to Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. Thus, the management of the SEP areas have been transferred to Provincial Directorates of Environment and Urbanization. However, the extent to which they are effective in the management of SEP areas is a matter of debate. In this study, after the introduction of the SEP areas in Mu?la province, after the closure of the Presidency of the SEPA, an evaluation and determinations were made. In the study, as the basic method, legislation and literature information and individual observations and determinations were used. It is also aimed that to determine the effects of the consuming habits (brand choice, packed or open provided foods, the storing conditions of the animal based products from purchasing to consuming period, the preferation variables of the consumers aacording to their life styles, etc.) to the microbiological quality of animal based foods and to expose the correlations among the public health, consuming habits and product hygiene variables by using statistical models. For this purpose, 1600 house were visited and total of 73 question (divided to 6 main categories) were asked to the household. Besides, one related food sample was collected from each house and all the samples were analysed for 10 microbiological parameters. According to the results we got it was determined that consuming habits individiual demographic variables of the people located in Mediterranean region were closely related with the hygiene status of the animal originated foods that they have consumed.
