The adequacy of the physical environment is the main element of learning and contributes to learning performance. The aim of this study is to develop a scale for the perception of the competence of the educational environment and present it to the literature by making a validity and reliability study. As an example, teachers and administrators working in Arab schools operating in Istanbul are considered. In this process, the first item pool was created. After the content validity of the items submitted to the expert opinions was provided, possible errors and deficiencies were tried to be eliminated with the pilot study and the scale consisting of 31 items was finalized. The application was carried out for 181 people. In order to determine the discrimination power of the items, the item-total correlation was calculated and the significance of the difference between the item averages of the upper 27% and lower 27% groups was examined using the t test. Corrected item total score correlations vary between 0.576 and 0.793. The test results showed that all the differences between the item averages of the upper and lower groups were significant. In order to determine the construct validity of the scale, Explanatory Factor Analysis (EFA) was performed first and a 4-factor structure that explains 72.43% of the total variance was obtained. Reliability criteria Cronbach's Alpha (CA) values for each dimension and CA value for the overall questionnaire were obtained as expected above 0.70. Model fit was tested with the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) of the item-factor structure obtained from EFA, and it was seen that the fit indices of the two-factor structure of the scale were confirmed as a result of the good fit decision. Depending on these results; it has been determined that the education environment assessment scale, which consists of classroom environment, building conditions, equipment and relations sub-dimensions, is a valid and reliable measurement tool. The very first of these factors is the factor of labor. The participation of women to the labor force is crucial fort he economic growth. The ratio of the women?s participation to labor force also indicates the social structure of that country. The factors of growth, wage and education affects the involvement of women in the workfoce market. In this study, the participation of women to workforce in Turkey, and the chosen economic variables like growth, wage and education are discussed. Besides, the sectoral distribution of women employment is also reviewed. The model used in the econometric analysis determines the relations between growth, wage and education in terms of women participation to workforce. Since the common starting year of the data was 2000, only 19 data were studied. Thus, among the non-parametric techniques Kernel Regression is preferred due to its success in estimates in case of poor data. According to the results of the analysis, the variables of education takes first place by surpassing the variables of growth andwage. With regards to their coefficients the wage precedes the growth after the variables of education. In the study, Anatolian high school?s teacher guidebooks published by the MONE were grouped by taking different variables into consideration and subjected to content analysis through the "musical work review form" developed by the researcher. As a result of the analysis, all the works in the books for each grade in the teacher guide books of the Anatolian high schools music lesson were primarily categorized as Turkish and world music. After this process, all works are organized according to subject themes. In addition, Turkish music genres are also classified as Turkish folk music, Turkish classical music, school songs, anthems, film music, pop music and contemporary Turkish music. Under the tables, the names of the musical pieces in the themes and sub-themes are specified and it is explained which works constitute the sub-theme. According to the analysis results, Turkish music is included in the works in the books more than the examples of world music, The most common sub-themes in the works pointing to the theme of Turkish music are love-love and the pain of love separation, It was determined that the least common sub-themes are in the content of "honesty, love, friendship and peace". Based on the results of the study, it is necessary to include more works that constitute examples of world music and contemporary Turkish music, to reduce the frequency of love-themed songs in the selection of songs, to include more works on topics such as love, friendship and peace, nature, honesty, homeland love, and respect, humanity. It has been suggested to add works that contain words on issues such as rights and the bad-harms of violence. Firstly, students were distinguished between successful and unsuccessful situations, and data entries were made as binary variables. Discriminant analysis was performed with the SPSS program in order to group variables that affect performance. The variables, whose distinctions were provided with the help of discriminant analysis, contributed to the models planned to be created. Artificial neural networks (ANN) method was preferred as the algorithm used in processing big data to predict student performances. In the application phase of the study, the two methods examined were analyzed with the help of the data set. The results obtained from the application were compared for 3 separate criteria: MSE-classification accuracy and the area under the ROC curve. At the end of the study, it was concluded that artificial neural networks produced more successful results than logistic regression Journal: Eurasian Education & Literature Journal Pages: 62-75 Volume: 13 Issue: 13 Year: 2020 Month: Feb DOI: 10.17740/eas.edu.2020-V13-04 File-URL: https://eurasianacademy.org/index.php/edulit/article/view/535 File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:eas:edulit:v:13:y:2020:i:13:p:62-75 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Mehmet ATAŞ Author-Email: atas.mehmet@hotmail.com Author-Workplace-Name: Marmara Üniversitesi Title: LEADERSH?P AND APPROACHES TO LEADERSH?P Abstract: The concept of leadership is a concept that is constantly renewed through historical processes, and is in a state of constant change depending on the spirit of the time.
