In addition to the Education Conference in July 1921, a meeting on behalf of the First Scientific Committee was held for the first time in July 1923. A second time in April 1924 and a third time from December 1925 to January 1926. Among the main issues dealt with by the Primary Education Science Board are the opening of regional boarding schools, the conversion of Sultani's name to a high school, the extension of the regular school to 5 years, textbooks, individual teacher rights, the gathering of high schools in certain centers, the establishment of education and training offices, etc. Cover topics. In these committees, basic issues related to secondary education and higher education institutions, especially primary education, are discussed. In 18 congresses covering the years 1939-2011, we all scanned pre-school education as a theme, especially conversations about pre-school education, decision making and practice were reflected in our research. As a source of information, council decisions and documents published by the Ministry of National Education in book form, as well as national education magazines, books, newspapers, papers, published seminars, statistical materials, etc. All studies were reviewed and we tried to put forward our original ideas based on these studies. It is seen that the debate on defining school management as a professional field has come to the fore once again and the relevant targets are included in the 2021 education vision. Within the scope of the Teacher Profession Law, which is accepted to have been published, it is expected that the job description and career stages of school administrators will be determined. The decisions taken by MEŞ play an important role in the historical development of Turkish school management debates. One of the main agenda items of the 19th and last MEŞ, organized by the Ministry of National Education on 2-6 December 2014, was determined as "increasing the quality of education administrators". In this study, a compilation and analysis of the issues discussed in the councils held since 1981 (including the 19th MEŞ) and the decisions taken regarding the management of the school were made. The COVID-19 epidemic, which is effective all over the world, has affected approximately 1.6 billion students in more than 200 countries, causing the greatest deterioration in education systems in human history. The closure of schools, institutions and other learning spaces has affected more than 94% of the world's student population. This has brought far-reaching changes in every aspect of our lives. Social distancing and restrictive movement policies have significantly disrupted traditional educational practices. Many schools, colleges and universities have stopped face-to-face teaching. Due to the pandemic in vocational and technical education in Turkey, the problem of school dropout and absenteeism has emerged. In this research, it is aimed to reveal the reasons for dropout and absenteeism of students studying in Vocational and Technical Secondary Education Institutions in Turkey due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In this context, the opinions of teachers working in Vocational and Technical Secondary Education Institutions were collected through a semi-structured interview form. According to the results obtained, in the scope of absenteeism and dropout, parental indifference, economic inadequacy, education level, domestic violence and health problems are the leading causes, while in relation to the social environment, negative habits such as friends, wrong examples in the environment and drugs are at the forefront. Social media, academic failure, mental inadequacies, and lack of future plans are in the first place among student-related problems. In this study, which aims to examine the texts in terms of values education, document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. The universe of the study consists of the 6th grade Turkish textbook. The sample consists of 3 reading, 1 free reading and 1 listening text of the same book (without being limited to the 1st theme). In this study; The texts in the 1st theme of the 6th grade Turkish textbook were determined by examining them in terms of values education. In this study, which was carried out with content (document) analysis, firstly the literature review was followed by the opinions of the field teachers. Afterwards, each text was carefully examined by the researcher and the existing values were determined. Theme and text-based classification was applied. As a result of the research, in the text called "To Give is to Increase", which is in the first theme of the 6th grade Turkish textbook; helpfulness, respect, friendship and love values were determined. In the text titled “Canım Aliye Ruhum Filiz”; The values of Love, Honesty, Responsibility and Helpfulness have been determined. In the text called “Swans”; patience, love, self-control, justice and responsibility values were determined. In the text titled “The Dog That Does Not Forget Its Owner”; love, friendship and benevolence, while the lower values are being compassionate, loyal, hospitable and loyal. There is a longing for the past in the text called “I am from the age of Giley”. Longing, on the other hand, contains values such as Love, Loyalty and Mercy. It is seen that the examined textbook has the 1st theme, 4 different text types and 29 different values. In the teaching experiment, the foundations of Euclidean geometry as a dynamic axiomatic system, the proof of basic theorems, and the construction of geometric structures were emphasized. The teaching experiment lasted for 12 weeks, covering the Geometry-1 course curriculum, which includes the basic geometry constructions with a constructivist approach using Cabri Geometry Dynamic Geometry Software. Participants of this study involved of 68 pre-service mathematics teachers who took the Geometry-1 course enrolled in Bursa Uludağ University Primary Education Mathematics Teaching program in the spring semester of 2016-2017. The determined Van Hiele geometry comprehension levels of preservice teachers are presented with percentage and frequency tables. Since there was only one sample group in the study and the assumptions of the parametric tests were met, the data were analyzed using dependent samples t-test statistical analysis in order to compare the pretest and posttest scores of the students in the group. Accordingly, after the technology-assisted geometry teaching process applied, there was a significant increase in students' geometry comprehension levels. It was concluded that the geometry teaching carried out contributed positively to the pre-service teachers' level of understanding of geometry and that the applied teaching method increased the success of geometry. It is necessary to recognize the effect of geometry classes enriched with dynamic tools for effective geometry teaching on the pre-service teachers considering them as teachers of the future. The findings of this study will contribute to the instruction methods of undergraduate mathematics courses and give insights to the future researches.
