Information technology applications are frequently used in academic institutions and organizations, which facilitates the learning and teaching process. These technologies also support individuals in developing their writing, reading, speaking and listening skills. The use of information technology in educational administration provides many advantages to educational institutions. Information technology can be used to enhance the construction and sharing of knowledge, increase access to externally available information, and facilitate the display of information. When information technology is examined in terms of the individual technologies themselves, in addition to their interaction with educational management models, an approach to what constitutes alternative applications of information technology in educational management begins to emerge. However, information technology is not proposed as the only solution to educational problems. Indeed, many problems in education are often social rather than learning-related. Nevertheless, information technology can enable the effective implementation of collaborative, cognitive and constructive educational management. In this study, the place, importance and future of information technology in educational management are examined. In this context, information about information technologies, information systems and educational management is also given. Even young children have the best prerequisites to become avid readers. Their curiosity, adventurousness and thirst for knowledge are the most important qualities for achieving these skills. Research shows how important reading is for children's language development. Children who read regularly often perform better in school and in their personal development and develop social skills such as empathy, a sense of responsibility and a sense of justice. It is obvious that the broad statement around the potential derived from children's literature can contribute, first of all, to the formation of active and competent readers, thus an important learning of the child in the educational process. Therefore, teachers and parents are in an important position to ensure that reading is an essential part of children's daily routine. Research has shown that children's literature develops children's imagination and creativity, supports language development, enriches vocabulary and raises awareness of various issues. In addition to these features, children can learn about themselves, their daily experiences and problems, the people and objects around them, and even about societies and traditions in faraway places. In other words, through literary books, children can experience situations and emotions that they do not have, see places they cannot see, and meet people they do not know and experience in their daily lives. When the concepts of justice, education and management come together, it is seen that a relational and meaningful integrity emerges. It is of great importance for an organisation to be fair in order to continue in a respectable and healthy way. In addition to all these, education is also of great importance for the society to reach a level at the same time at the point of creating desired behaviour. For this reason, the value of the concept of justice in schools and school management, where the individual gains positive desired behaviour, should be constantly demonstrated and made a culture. The aim of this study is to make a conceptual analysis on the concept of justice and to examine the necessity, importance and effects of justice in the field of educational administration within the framework of this analysis. According to the findings, it was seen that managers' fair attitudes and practices have various effects on organisational justice. One of these effects is that fair practices in the organisation increase organisational commitment and performance. In this sense, it is necessary for the employees of the organisation to see and believe in the phenomenon of justice in the organisation. Employees who feel that there is a fair environment will embrace their work with more enthusiasm and develop positive communication with everyone in the organisation. School administrators play the biggest role here. The task of school administrators and teachers is to create a fair environment for students and make them feel this environment. Therefore, school administrators and teachers should have high communication skills and these channels should be used effectively. This will contribute to creating a perception of a fair environment in the working environment. It not only facilitates the process of sharing information and knowledge, but also contributes to the development of relationships between individuals. Therefore, the importance of communication should not be underestimated. The people around children are vital determinants of their social development, as children learn a great deal about the world simply by modelling and observing other individuals. The preschool teacher can be considered as one of the adults in the microsystem of children, which encompasses the relationships between children and the individuals in their immediate environment. Therefore, preschool teachers have an important role in the development and shaping of future generations. However, establishing a strong relationship between the child and the teacher plays an important role not only in children's education but also in their academic, behavioral, individual and social development. Positive relationships are based on sensitive interactions between teacher and child, especially verbal interactions. Basically, preschool teachers need to have adequate communication skills in order to establish positive relationships with children. A teacher with good communication skills always makes things clearer and easier. Good communication skills of the teacher are essential for the professional life and academic success of the students. In the classroom, the teacher usually gives instructions to the students verbally. A teacher with poor communication skills can lead to failure in children's learning and academic achievement. While children need to understand what is right and what is wrong, this depends entirely on the teacher's communication skills in the classroom. Effective communication is a really important aspect for a teacher in interacting with students in the classroom, in classroom management and in the transmission of education. The teacher has the obligation to teach children with different approaches to thinking. In order to teach in line with children's capacities and abilities, a teacher needs to adopt communication skills that will motivate children in their learning process. In addition to the teacher-child relationship, positive communication between the teacher and the family has a positive effect on the family's participation in the child's education process and supports the child to establish a more positive relationship between school and home. The length of the adolescence period, which has a place in the life cycle of each person, and the age range in which this period passes varies according to the individual. If we look at it as an average acceptance, this period is between the ages of 12-20. In adolescence, which is a rapid and long-term developmental stage that can be observed in the individual, childlike attitudes and behaviors of the individual are replaced by a more mature and broad perspective compared to adult behaviors and before adolescence. At the same time, adolescence is the period in which gender abilities are acquired. This period begins between the ages of 10-12 in girls and 12-14 in boys, as girls mature about two years earlier than boys on average. Towards the end of adolescence, this gap appears to close. Socioeconomic conditions, climate are effective at the beginning of adolescence and cause late or early maturation. Adolescence causes both physical and behavioral changes in individuals. These changes vary by gender. In addition, although it is accepted that this period affects many things in the life of the individual, its effect on social and personal life is clearly seen. This period, in which the individual has problems in family life, education life, health status and social relations, as well as situations such as his own thoughts, life and physical characteristics, is the most important process in the transition to adulthood and the formation of his character. In this study, we aimed to investigate the sports habits, disease status, social relations, perspectives on life, sensitivity levels and nutritional habits of adolescents and while doing this research, 4 socio-demographic and 25 sports habits, disease states, Social relations, perspectives on life, sensitivity levels and nutritional habits were asked. If teachers have a good psychology and high organizational commitment, this can have a positive effect on their teaching activities. One of the variables affecting teacher psychology is the principal's leadership behaviors towards teachers. Research is important here. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of school administrators on servant leadership behaviors. Literature scanning model was used in the research. As a result of the research, it was concluded that school administrators have a weak positive effect on servant leadership. The study concluded that school administrators' servant leadership behaviors affect teachers' normative commitment more than other dimensions of organizational commitment. In addition, it was concluded that teachers' perceptions of servant leadership generally did not differ according to teacher demographic variables, but organizational commitment differed according to teacher demographic variables. It has been determined that there are statistically significant differences in the independent variables used in the teacher performance research according to the servant leadership behaviors of school administrators and teacher perceptions. In general, it was determined that there is a positive and moderately significant relationship between the servant leadership of school administrators and the performance of teachers. As a result of the regression analysis, it was concluded that school administrators' servant leadership behaviors significantly predicted teachers' job performances. In general, it was concluded that the servant leadership behaviors of school administrators explained 18% of the variance of teacher performance.
