However, it is very difficult to measure global competitiveness. The World Economic Forum (WEF) publishes the Global Competitiveness Report annually by analyzing the productivity levels of its countries, the effectiveness of its institutions, policies and factors in relation to competitiveness. Global Competitiveness Index measures approximately 114 indicators with 3 subindex and 12 pillars within the weighted average of many factors.When the Turkey?s data related to global competitiveness report published in the last decade, it is observed that fluctuated global competitiveness. However, Turkey has not changed that pillars with a global competitive advantage and disadvantage. Considering the indirect relationship with other pillars, it can be said that the most important factor affecting the global competitiveness is education. In the study, the most widely used service quality measurement method namely SERVQUAL scale developed by A. Parasuraman, V Zeithaml and L. Berry has been used for a hospital application by using special scale queries. Seven likert scale has been added to this queries and a questionnaire has been developed. Collected questionnaires were transferred to computer and the service quality level provided has been revealed through detailed statistical analysis and evaluations. As the level of interaction between employees and customers increases and the dependency level of service quality on employee performance rises, the importance of emotional labor increases in terms of working life. The fact that the employees are obliged to act in accordance with the display rules set out by the organization, on the one hand, increases the customer satisfaction, but on the other, negatively affects the employees due to probable emotional disharmonies, decreasing job satisfaction and performance. The aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction by regression analysis, in the logistics sector where there is an intense working environment and which requires a one-to-one relationship with customers. As a result of the analysis, emotional labor positively affects job satisfaction by 22.7%. The concept of fashion stands out as one of these elements. As the phenomenon of fashion becomes part of the lives of consumers and shapes the daily consumption decisions, it has become important to examine the purchasing behaviors of the products defined as fashion. While influencing fashion, social or individual behaviors, it is an important factor how much consumers want to be associated with fashion in the fashion buying behavior. In many countries, the many choices produced for the consumer have led to the spread of fashion consciousness through the development of the media. Under the competitive conditions of today, understanding the consumer behaviors that play a role in the process of fashion awareness spread, provide the distinctive advantages to retail and brand creators in the fashion buying process. The aim of this study is to determine the effects of fashion consciousness on status based consumption trends of university students studying in different departments. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the fashion conscious had a 42.6% increase in status-based consumption.
