In order for the study to be understood better, the research has been tried to be placed in a conceptual and theoretical frame about employment and unemployment. By analyzing its evolution in Economic Thought History; it is believed to be important in terms of guiding other researchers on topics of Labor Force, Employment and Unemployment, and what was experienced in economic life about these topics. In our study, basic concepts of employment and unemployment were underlined and introductory information was given. Today we have the only and the original copy of the book. The book dates back to the 16th century, so some of its pages has lost and some have been destroyed. In this study, the information about his literary and intellectual personalities were given and also some of the poems were written in current alphabet. In addition, the Divan of looking at the poems of the poet with a love of Ahl al-Bayt see that the upper level. In particular, Hz.Ali affection and love is expressed in poems. The political elites have a different and important place among the elite groups. The deputies form one of the most basic elements of the political elite. They play the strategic roles within the decision-making process and the structure of society. Antalya deputies, along with the lawmakers from the other provinces, form the most important part of the Turkish political elite. This study was designed to find general characteristics of Antalya MP?s in Multi Party Period (Since 1946 up to Date). On the final stage the place of Antalya MP's in Turkish political elites will be examined. Social background peculiarities (gender, age, education, occupation, family size) were used to achieve the objectives. Documentary and historical research techniques were applied in the paper. An original data set was produced for analysis from the official publications and records and publications of the Turkish Grand National Assembly which is the main legislative organ in Turkey. The data set was analysed by using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Findings clearly show that some social groups have been over representing, the others have been under represented amongst Antalya MP's. This is because; tectonic activity mostly determines the general character of valley morphology and drainage in such areas. In this regard, the relative effect of tectonic activity on topography has been evaluated more precisely in recent years through studies based on digital measurements that employ various morphometric parameters (geomorphic indices). The present study aims to make a tectonic evaluation of some river basins on the Ganos Fault based on morphometric parameters used in determining relative tectonic activity. This study, which aims to determine relative active tectonic effect value, includes the topographic symmetry factor (T) in analysis as distinct from previous studies. The digital elevation model (DEM) data obtained by using the related map sheets of Turkey's topographic maps and different thematic maps of various sizes are used as basic materials. In the present study, measurements were conducted, and thematic maps were created by use of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) techniques. It was concluded that more than half of the area (56 %) involves very high (class 1) relative tectonic activity, and the average value is 1.99 (class 1) in the area. This finding proves that the area contains very high tectonic activity. The findings of the present study are consistent with previous geological and geomorphological studies carried out in the area. The research method used in this study may allow determining the areas exposed to high level deformation associated with active tectonics. Most importantly, the results of this study show the areas where different kinds of ground-origin natural disasters may take place, earthquake being in the first place. Furthermore, it was realized that research for determining tectonic activity based on morphometric parameters by use of GIS techniques yields clearer and more accurate results. This study consists of two main parts, In the first part, in the light of literature, the concept, properties, usage areas and growth of social media are examined. In the second part of the study, a survey is realised among the students of Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University, and it is tried to determine their usage habits, usage purposes of social media and perceptions about social media. A face to face interview method was used in this study. In general, the reliability of the questionnaire was analyzed. In the statistical evaluation of the results of the survey, frequency distribution was utilized, in the Likert-scale questions, factor analyzes were conducted, and significant differences between means were analyzed by independent-samples t-tests, One- way ANOVA tests. Primary findings can be summarized, Almost, all students use internet and visit social media sites. Two-thirds of them use internet every day. Facebook is the most visited social media site. Previous reasons of the students to use social media are music, video, and photography share and instant case transmission. Students search carefully commends and recommendations written in social media sites before deciding to buy a product and brand. As a result, it can be stated that today, social media is not means used only by individuals or groups. At the same time, it has become the most important marketing tool of companies and institutions. In the first phase we have mentioned the education activities of the rooted madrasa’s in Bayburt in the historical process and the position of this madrasa’s in the socio-cultural life in the last Ottoman period. The issues we have discussed in the second phase are the Bayburt libraries which were active from beginning the nineteenth century until the second period of the 20.th. century although largely been lost today traces and which also lad the milestones to today’s Provincial Public Library. In the final phase, in the 19th and 20th centuries Bayburt’s famous mudarris (i.e. professor) and the education system are discussed. Furthermore we noted the opening of European educational institutions also in Bayburt in line with the changes in education in the Ottoman Empire during the Tanzimat period in order to express terms of this dual structure, and the modern school curriculum.
