In the direction of the information obtained from the works of the major Turkologists studies on death, the rituals of the death occurred immediately after the death of the person, ritual of the burial ceremony. In the study, the tradition, beliefs and rituals which are composed of the society and the acceptance of this phenomenon have been examined within the old Turkish society structure. Also death considered as one of the important social norms. In this context, the results of the study in which the researchers share the results of the compilation work they have performed on the site, and the results of these studies are discussed in the literature in comparison with different researchers. The author, a good observer, has left a sociological material worth investigating in future generations with his novels, which take his subjects to life. It is also the case that Hüseyin Rahmi declares his own opinion directly in the same way as he presents the message he wants to give in his novels through his heroes. Below, we tried to give the opinions in manner of clause of the author and persons about the marriage in his novels. Thus, we aimed to make it easier to understand what Gürpınar intended to say about marriage which he advocated in his works and to understand what he wanted to convey to the reader. It is the aim of this article to interpret and interpret the findings that obtained in the novels of him as a narrator and the findings obtained by the heroes of the novel persons in sociological and psychological context. Management has obtained an undulating shape in the breakthrough stage, leaving its monotone frame. The researched sphere emphasized the distinctive features of the past and present thinking in management of economic subjects on the example of Azerbaijani organizations. The key goal of the research is to reveal the contemporary management thinking. The scientific ground of the research refers to theoretical educative literature and practical informational currents. Such kind of poems are pointed out as the product of postmodernist literary sense in the article. But in some researches, these are estimated as the great art success. The author fairly points out that, every poetic “genreless” sample estimation - are not confronted in literary - aesthetic thought. According to some investigators thoughts, appearance of poetic samples in any shape are conditioning with the genre belonging. The poetic samples characterizing under the “genreless” poetic samples are denied in genre research backgrounds formation. But the main number of poetic samples are “created” for the sake of to be seen as the original.
