This institute aims to help parties in order to achieve functional solutions which are in their best common interests. Mediation effects in reducing pending court cases, reducing public expenditure, increasing the level of social responsibility, education of citizens with a sense of apology and compensation of damages as well as cooperation with criminal procedure bodies, elimination of vigilantism cases etc. Mediation shall be addressed when it comes to commission of light offences and when it is estimated that for this alternative of criminal case resolution are fulfilled specified legal requirements. Modest results of this scientific paper prove that this criminal case resolution instrument is used in relatively few cases by Kosovo Basic Courts and Prosecutions. Causes of this situation may refer to the fact of not knowing advantages of this institute by judges and prosecutors as well as not having sufficient trust on independent mediators. The springs exist in the district area was examinedthrough fieldwork, and the relationship between the structure and spring was determined.Later, 0.5 lt. samples were collected from the water sources which have more than 10 lt./sec.flow. The physical and chemical properties of collected samples were analyzed in thelaboratory.Water sources in this region had a karstic and karstic fault spring form. Springs of this zoneappear in the ophialite- calcerious contact zones or contact zones which were cut by the faultareas. The flow of the springs have been varying between 10lt./sec. and 5m3/sec.. It was seenthat all springs were colorless, tasteless, unscented and their values were such as, waterhardness 15-36 FS, 195-390 salt in total, conductivity 260-520, pH 7.00-7.70. However,Karacasu spring differs from others because of its higher values as in the following, hardness(36 FSº), conductivity (520 mioromesh/cm²), salt in total (390) and organic material inside(1.4 Mg/L). It was not seen any noxious substance such as, nitrite, nitrate and phosphate. In conclusion, we found that spring waters in Seydikemer were physically and chemicallyappropriate to Turkish Spring Water Standards. However, Çaltılar, Yayla Zorban, Temelköy-Ceylanköy springs are under the residential waste threat, but Karacasu is agricultural wastethreat today. In the following periods, financial services began to be defined as microfinance with increasing diversity. Participants in the microfinance system faced greater financial risks as complex and volatile processes from one side increased ambiguity in the markets. There are many reasons for these developments and changes. The first reason is that the borrowers have not used the loans for the stated purposes. Another reason is that the purpose of lenders to the poor is more profit-oriented than social purpose. With the divergence of microfinance and similar institutions from different basic objectives, borrowers face greater uncertainties and risks. In this study, the risks and risk management of microfinance institutions are examined in the theoretical framework Journal: Eurasian Academy of Sciences Social Sciences Journal Pages: 79-86 Volume: 14 Issue: 14 Year: 2017 Month: Mar DOI: 10.17740/eas.soc.2017.V14-07 File-URL: https://eurasianacademy.org/index.php/socialsciences/article/view/187 File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:eas:journl:v:14:y:2017:i:14:p:79-86
