But, the globole eceonomy narrowed by the negative impacts of the 2008 global financial crisis which start with Lehman Brothers' bankruptcy, and then leaping to European countries and then to other world countries. In particular, the contraction in global foreign trade volume has led to trade at lower than their potential, in many countries. For this reason, the foreign trade of Turkey has followed a similar course and the size of exports and imports has decreased in the mentioned period. It is seen that the weight of Turkey in global foreign trade in current situation is below 1% in both export and import. Turkey, representing a small part of the global foreign trade volume, has to increase its share in existing foreign trade markets and accelerate its search for new foreign trade markets in order to use its foreign trade potential. According to biology-based definition of gender, masculinity is a genetically inherited property. Thus, masculinity is seen as a field of research that is examined by biology, anatomy, and psychology. However, thanks to the point of view that feminist theories have brought to the field of social sciences, it has begun to be accepted that manhood is a phenomenon shaped and constructed in the social context. In this context, it is generally accepted that today, manhood, like femininity, is a phenomenon that is shaped by societal politics and that it is a re-emergence at any moment. When it is accepted that the man was built socially, it turns out that the boundaries of this phenomenon are also variable and uncertain. Thus, the form of power that is called male domination corresponds to different male experiences that are irrelevant, plural, and often conflicting with each other. The change in masculinity values and styles that masculinity experiences have is called "masculinity crisis". This approach has made it widespread that manhood is not a unified whole, but rather a contradictory and fragmented social construction. Soğuk, directed by Uğur Yücel, was analysed by the method of critical discourse analysis and came to be presented through the representations of masculinity, which reveal the contradictory and fragmented structure of the man in the film. Today we owe this literary knowledge to some of the topics of the public domain. In this study, an anecdote which can not be found enough information about today will be explained with the movement of Ottoman literary texts. Triggers from oral cultural products are usually described in terms of an ancestor type. In addition to world-famous jurist types such as Nasreddin Hodja, there are only certain types of jokes in certain regions. Stingy Hamit, which we have studied in the study, is one of the juridical types known in Istanbul. The only work that was done as an independent was about Fuat Köprülü (1928) and he was forgotten because he was not told today. A few lines of information about Stingy Hamit, which is not much information about the sources, is found in the work of Gelibolulu Mustafa Ali in the book named Teşrifat-nâme. According to Stingy Hamit; living in the age of Fatih, Fatih is a rich but stingy merchant who has received money from himself. Two known today are recorded in the works of Süleyman Fâik and Fâik Reşâd. In the Divan poem, Stingy Hamit emerges as an antagonist in literary texts as a symbol of his poetry. The poets, when talking about themselves, appreciating others, and most criticizing others, refer to Stingy Hamit as an element of comparison and analogy for a total of three reasons. Especially in the 16th century, it is seen that many poets placed Stingy Hamit in his poems. The Letâif of the Lâmi'î Çelebi taken in this century also contains the first known fact about Stingy Hamit. Although there is no related joke about Stingy Hamit in divan and mathnawi, many poets are regarded as a mark of his remembrance in Ottoman society.  Journal: Eurasian Academy of Sciences Social Sciences Journal Pages: 159-170 Volume: 19 Issue: 19 Year: 2018 Month: Mar DOI: 10.17740/eas.soc.2018.V19-10 File-URL: https://eurasianacademy.org/index.php/socialsciences/article/view/217 File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:eas:journl:v:19:y:2018:i:19:p:159-170
