In general, it can be said that elements related to wrestling are more frequently used in stamp designs up to the present day. The stamps examined reflect the features of the period they were printed in with their design features. Organized every four years, the Olympics are at the top of the sports culture of all countries. Considering that the stamps have a cultural value, it is seen as an important cultural transfer that stamps also include the Olympic culture of that country and reflects it in print. The individuals of that society can provide a connection with the past thanks to the abstract and concrete cultural assets. For these reasons, museums have been established in order to introduce national cultural elements and not to forget them. Museums serve as a bridge between the past and present of the societies that they belong to. For this purpose, Artvin Life Education and Culture Association (Ayek-Der) has established the Traditional Life Culture Museum in Tepeköy. The association has made serious attempts to preserve the traditional life materials of Tepeköy that has sunk into oblivion. The establishment of the museum was supported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs - Department of Associations, Şavşat District Governorate, Mukhtar of Tepeköy, people of Tepeköy and associations of Tepeköy in other provinces. The museum, which was established in 2014 and opened to visitors in June 2015, can be visited free of charge. The objects collected through donations are exhibited in a renovated old school building. In this study, we use the data from 20042018 Household Labor Force Surveys conducted by TURKSTAT. The analysis results show that employment and average wages in occupations have changed significantly during the period 2004-2011. When we group occupations with respect to skill levels, our results show signs of wage and labor polarization during the period 2004-2011. In other words, we observe that employment and average wages in low-skill and high-skill occupations increased more than those in middle-skill occupations during this period. However, we find only a sign of wage polarization for the period 2012-2018. These findings can be explained by several factors such as the increase in education, technological advancement, the employment-skill mismatch, the growing share of low-skill jobs in the services sector, the decrease in union density and minimum wage increases. In the light of these findings, it is revealed that further studies are needed to establish the causal relationships regarding to changes in the occupational structure and thus make policy suggestions.
