However, it was necessary to institutionalize to provide effective cooperation. For this reason, the Red Cross was established in Europe and then an institution like the Red Cross was constituted in the Ottoman Empire. This institution’s name is Red Crescent. After the declaration of the Second Constitutional, it started to operate outside of Istanbul. It helped the people of state who injured in war and forced to emigrate, with its support both in the First World War and during the National Movement. We may reach the records of the Red Crescent in Adana branch with the period of the first world war and we may learn information about Red Crescent as Seventh Adana-Konya Emergency Medicine Service during the National Movement. Institutional Information about Red Crescent may be reached since the first world war. When the literature studies are examined, it is seen that there are many different variables that affect organizational commitment. The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of individual cultural values on organizational commitment. In addition, it will be examined whether there is a significant difference between individual culture sub-dimensions and organizational commitment sub-dimensions within the framework of some socio-demographic titles (location, educational status, seniority, number of companies worked previously). For this purpose, by selecting the individual cultural values and organizational commitment scales accepted in the international literature, data were collected in four different countries around the entire population of a multinational company selected in the field of fire engineering in the service sector through the Microsoft online survey. According to the results of the research, it was determined from the results of this study that the Individual Cultural Values variable has a significant negative relationship on Organizational Commitment. In addition; Although some significant differences were obtained in terms of dimensions about location, education level and number of workplaces, no significant difference was found in terms of seniority. In the fight against unemployment, each country develops policies according to its own labor market characteristics. In the study, the relationship between the differences in education level and the job type of individuals, searched job, their status in the last job, the job search time and the reasons for leaving the job is analyzed. In this respect, this study aims to identify important issues that policy makers should consider in the fight against unemployment. The family, which affects a person in many ways, is the first step in a person's education life. Before the school, which is the institution where education and training activities are carried out according to a plan, the first institution that has as much influence as the school is the family. In addition, the educational status of the family, economic power, environment and similar factors also affect the academic success of the students. Responsibility for learning is taking on what is necessary for one's own goals and learning process. In this concept, it is shaped together with various attitudes within the family. These factors affect the success of the students and provide benefits to prevent this failure situation. This study deals with the mediation effect of a concept such as learning responsibility in the effect of academic attitudes shown in the family structure, where many phenomena that will reflect on education occur. The aim of the study is to determine the mediating effect of learning responsibility in the effect of success, taking into account the academic attitude of the family and various variables (age, gender, class, number of siblings, parental education level, income status, room status at home, etc.). With the research, it was concluded that as the academic attitude of the family increases, the responsibility for learning increases, the academic attitude of the family and the responsibility for learning are significantly related to the variable of performance failure, and the learning responsibility is a "partial mediator" effective variable. The aim of the research is to assist organizations in their practices to increase job performances within the scope of human resources management and to provide foresight for those who will work in this field. In study simple random sampling is used, the research data obtained by applying demographic questionnaire, work engagement and job performance scale to 142 healthcare workers. For the statistical analysis SPSS (Statistical package for Social Science) for windows 16.0 is used. Pearson Correlation Analysis is used to examine the relation between quantitative data and the effect ratios of variables determined by Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results evaluated 95% confidence interval and the significance level of p<0.05. Based on the findings, its observed that, There is a moderate and positive relation between the work engagement and the sub-dimension of task, contextual and job performance.
