EXAMPLE OF PROVINCES IN TURKEY Abstract: Unemployment is a serious problem that must be prevented for an economy at regional as well as national level. In this study, it is aimed to examine the regional clustering patterns of the province and province groupings of the unemployment rate within the scope of Level-3 in Turkey and to determine the parameters that have an effect on the unemployment rate. In this context, the spatial econometric method was used in the study. According to the analysis findings, the existence of a spatial relationship between eighty-one provinces was determined. In the study, the spatial distribution of the explanatory variable was examined and it was observed that the unemployment rate clustered intensively in the Eastern Anatolia and Southeastern Anatolia regions of Turkey. In this context, the spatial lag model was accepted according to the test results. When the explanatory variables in the model are examined, statistically significant and negative correlations were found between the male labor force participation rate, female labor force participation rate and the share of employment in the agricultural sector in the direction of reducing unemployment. The variable of educated population ratio did not have an effect on reducing unemployment. A number of fears, such as fear of darkness, fear of natural disasters, which can be given examples, have come down to the present day with a number of mental encodings from primitive man to the present day and have settled in the mind of an individual. Horror cinema feeds on the fears of man, and in almost every film of the genre lies obscurity. The main purpose of the genre is to create feelings of uncanny and fear in the audience, to provide identification with the character and to ensure the transmission of the feeling of violence within the individual. The most important element that horror cinema uses to create these feelings that want to be created in the audience is the creation of an atmosphere. Layout elements such as space, decor, accessories, costumes, makeup are used quite effectively to create an uncanny and restless atmosphere. Based on this point, the study asks the question of how the dramaturgical elements are used in the process of creating meaning in the film in the context of creating fear and uncanny in the film Crimson Peak directed by Guillermo del Toro. In the literature study, no studies were found in the context of the examination of the layout related to the Crimson Peak film. The film, which plays a very active role in the use of elements of staging and art management, successfully reflects the elements of tension in order to create an uncanny feeling in the viewer. Therefore, this study primarily illuminates the current academic discussions surrounding the dramaturgical narration of the film and the ability to effectively use the plot. In this study, applied dramaturgic analysis method was chosen as the method. The purpose of choosing this method is to examine the process of creating meaning with the use of elements such as space design of the film, atmosphere creation, language of colors, lighting techniques, costume design. However, when evaluated from the spiritual point of view, the breakdown of family unity is a complex phenomenon that causes the family to split or break up completely and can shake all family members and even those in the immediate environment. Children are the most affected by this process. Divorce potentially brings along a series of changes that will seriously affect the development of children, and in this sense, it is defined as a trauma for the child. In this study, it is aimed to decipher the relationship between divorce and the child and to reveal how much the child is affected by the divorce and whether it has traumatic effects as a result of this deciphering. Questionnaire-interview technique and childhood trauma scale were used within the scope of the study, and support was received from 100 families and 174 children. According to the findings, the relationship between the trauma scale total scores of the participants and the education level was statistically significantly higher in high school students compared to primary and secondary school students, according to the Kruskal Wallis test results. In addition, according to Kruskal Wallis test results, the relationship between total trauma scale scores and substance use was statistically significantly higher in smokers compared to non-substance users. In addition, according to the relationship between the total scores of the trauma scale and the place where the parents will stay after divorce, it was statistically significantly higher in children who wanted to stay with their mother after divorce compared to children who wanted to stay with their father or with others. As a result, it has been determined that divorce has a heavy effect on children, and this effect has been found to be traumatic. These concepts are related, but still have definitional differences depending on where the terms are applied. Educational management works to meet the educational needs of societies and to achieve predetermined specific and general goals. It is the duty of the educational administration to operate, develop, and turn the educational organization into a living organism effectively and beneficially. The leading actor in the work area of the education manager is human. If the educational management is implemented successfully, while the income of the institutions increases, it also contributes to the intellectual success of the educational institutions. Organizational culture has a critical role in the management of educational leaders in creating the necessary environment for an effective educational management, fulfilling educational and training goals, and raising successful and happy students. Organizational culture affects the management processes in the institution, especially the leadership and management styles of school principals, and is affected by these management processes. These changes have been reflected in the automotive sector too. After the initiation of the reforms, Chinese economy has grown rapidly and the automotive sector has taken the first place in the world in production and market share. Success of the automobile industry largely attributable to policy practices that attracted foreign direct investments. A new era has started with China's membership to the World Trade Organization (WTO). More liberal policies have been implemented, and some restrictions in the sector have been removed. In this study, the developments in the automotive sector are presented in the context of different ownership structures. Study results indicate that there has been an evolution from a production structure with foreign partners to a market structure in which national brand automobiles produced by domestic manufacturers. However, it is understood that the domestic automotive industry could not performed at the desired level due to various problems arising from the developments in the sector. AN ASSAY ON THE CASE OF TURKEY: JOHANSEN COINTEGRATION ANALYSIS AND GRANGER CAUSALITY TEST Abstract: This study examines the relationship between institutional structure parameters and macroeconomic indicators in Turkey in the period of 1995-2020 theoretically and empirically. The long-term relationship between the institutional structure and macroeconomic indicators in Turkey has been examined with the Johansen Cointegration Analysis. According to the results of the analysis, it has been observed that there is a cointegration relationship between the institutional structure parameters and macroeconomic indicators in all three models tested. It has been concluded that especially freedom of investment and monetary freedom have a positive effect on Turkey's economic growth and exports in the long run. It is seen that the general level of economic freedoms, that is, the general score of the institutional structure, has a positive relationship on foreign direct investments in the long run.
