It means intense and excessive love for beauty. In Islamic literature, love is used in two main senses, human and divine. Divine love is usually called “real love” and human love is called “figurative love”. Divine love has been extensively studied in Sufism and partially in Islamic philosophy. At this point, it can be stated that Mevlana and Yunus Emre play a very important role in love. Mevlana and Yunus Emre have an important role in the formation of many intellectual media even today, with their original perspectives they brought to concepts such as truth, universe, creation and existence within the tradition of mysticism. The aspects of both handling the concept of love are very important. Because both Mevlana's and Yunus Emre's view of love and their handling of the concept of love emerge as a reality that also shapes all of my sufism. In this study, the concept of “Postloveism”, which will enter the literature for the first time, will be focused on the history of love, its effect on social psychology and interpretations about what love is Journal: Eurasian Academy of Sciences Social Sciences Journal Pages: 1-15 Volume: 41 Issue: 41 Year: 2022 Month: Mar DOI: 10.17740/eas.soc.2022.V41-01 File-URL: https://eurasianacademy.org/index.php/socialsciences/article/view/1042 File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:eas:journl:v:41:y:2022:i:41:p:1-15 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Betül ÇELİK Author-Email: betul@bilesimkimya.com Author-Workplace-Name: İstanbul Kültür Üniversitesi Title: THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS OF SOAP AND COSMETIC PRODUCTS FROM PAST TO PRESENT Abstract: Soap and cosmetic products have been used for cleaning, beauty, care, treatment and management of epidemic diseases since ancient times. The right to property is among the subjects on which there has been quite a lot of discussion in history. Because throughout history, the concept of property and the ideas about the scope and quality of property rights have differed according to periods, societies, individuals, ideological and philosophical perspectives and state systems. In Turkey, the right to property is regulated as a fundamental right according to the 1961 and 1982 Constitutions. However, the mentioned constitutions do not have any provision regarding the legal content, subject and nature of the property right. While the Constitutional Court characterizes the right to property as a real and fundamental right, it accepts that the right to property gives the right to dispose, benefit and use over tangible and intangible goods. The right to property is regulated in Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the European Convention on Human Rights. According to the regulation in question, it is stipulated that the right is guaranteed, in which cases this right can be restricted, in other words, in which situations the violation of this right can be justified. The Constitutional Court has also been under the influence of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in its recent individual application decisions. The statistics tried to convey within the scope of the research show that Turkey unfortunately ranks high in the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights on property rights violations. When it comes to human rights cases in domestic and human rights law, significant responsibilities fall on the Constitutional Court and public institutions, especially in the use of individual remedies. At this point, it is very important to establish a jurisprudence that will guide all judicial authorities in parallel with a satisfactory trial by the Constitutional Court regarding the protection of human rights and fundamental rights and freedoms. At this stage, raising awareness on fundamental rights and freedoms and the correct management of public authorities and justice is an important way of permanently revising the scorecard in the context of protecting fundamental rights and freedoms. However, this responsibility is limited by the business judgment rule. As a matter of fact, the fact that the Board of Directors is responsible for the losses incurred in every way due to the decisions it has taken based on its discretion will cause the board of directors to become more passive. In this sense, the business judgement rule will be a reliable source for all parts.
