Being the merging place of different ecosystems increases the natural environment potential of coastal areas. This situation causes the concentration and diversification of human activities in coastal areas. Türkiye is a country surrounded by seas on three sides, with a total coastline of 8.333 km., where the concept of the coast is of great importance. Coastal areas are the focal points of human and economic activities in our country as such in the world. The main purpose of our research is to reveal the place and importance of coastal areas in the spatial distribution of the population in our country and to examine the population pressure on coastal areas. For this purpose, primarily the population in the coastal provinces was discussed. Then, the distribution of the population in the coastal districts was examined. Coastal areas, which constitute a small part of the country's surface area, are home to a large part of the country's population. This situation increases the usage pressure on coastal areas day by day. The land use forms on the coasts have come to conflict with each other over time. This situation has brought along natural resource losses and many problems in coastal areas. The overpopulation of coastal areas lies at the root of many problems that arise in the coastal areas. In this context, revealing the current situation in our country constitutes the starting point of our research. In our research, data was collected from the Turkish Statistical Institute. ArcMap 10.3 software is used to create the database and data structure. Since there is a transition from the determined policy rates to other market rates, it is extremely important to determine the effects of interest rate policies on prices and real activities. Macroeconomic development in Turkey also affects the real estate sector in general and the housing sector in particular. The fact that these sectors play an important role in the investment decisions of individuals ensures that they remain popular for all segments, regardless of the conjuncture. In this context, there is a direct relationship between the Central Bank's interest rate decisions and housing demand. From this point of view, the aim of the study is to determine the effect of the interest policies implemented by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) on the housing demand for the monthly data for the period 2013.01-2022.03. Since house sales statistics are thought to be the most determinant indicator of housing demand in the study, this variable was taken as the dependent variable. The independent variable, the interest rate, has been taken as the CBRT Weighted Average Cost of Funding (WFP), which is the weighted average of the CBRT overnight lending rate and the weekly repo rate, with the thought that the effect of the policy rate on the banks and therefore on the market will be more significant. Real exchange rate, inflation and money supply (M1), which are used as control variables, are included in the study, assuming that they are determinant macroeconomic variables for the Turkish economy. As a result of the cointegration analysis, a long-term relationship has emerged, and at the same time, it has been seen as a result of the error correction model that there is a relationship in the short run. A 1% increase in the weighted average funding rate variable will cause a 13.9% decrease in housing demand. The most influential variables on housing demand are exchange rate, inflation and money supply, respectively. The lowest effect was obtained for the funding interest rate variable. According to impulse response analysis, housing demand responds to shocks arising from the funding rate variable by decreasing. According to the variance decomposition results; While approximately 95% of the change in housing demand is due to its own internal dynamics, the change in interest rate explains only 1% of the change in housing demand. Mobbing in educational institutions has many negative consequences for the employees and the institution. While mobbing points to a working life where unhappy educators emerge and there is no peace in the educational institution, it also causes social problems. The personal life, family, colleagues, students, school administration and therefore the education system of the teachers, who are most affected by mobbing in educational institutions, are adversely affected by mobbing. This situation, along with the efficiency of the education system and student success, naturally causes the society to be negatively affected in social and economic terms. The aim of this study is to understand the concept of mobbing and its scope, to determine the area of influence, to define the negative behaviors encountered, to reveal their effects and to determine the ways to cope with such behaviors. In order to increase productivity in education, there is a need for a management approach that motivates educators and an organizational climate where they can work in peace. In this context, it is of great importance that teachers who are exposed to mobbing behaviors are protected from mobbing practices that make them feel disabled, excluded and humiliated. In this context, it is necessary to increase the productivity, self-confidence and participation of educators by combating mobbing, and to eliminate their psychological and social problems. In this way, positive changes can be experienced not only in the education staff, but also in the functioning of the institution, the organizational quality of life, and the social and economic situation of the society. The success of democratic education systems depends on the level of effectiveness and efficiency of educational administration. The field of educational administration has gained importance in the world and in Turkey in recent years. In this context, the education administration must first be open to accountable, transparent and auditable practices. It is clear that the fact that education and school administration is not perceived as a profession with its original conditions affects both the practices and the development of education administration negatively. Educational administrators undoubtedly have important responsibilities in solving the educational needs and problems that arise as a result of the developing social, political and economic processes in the world and in Turkey. Considering that the basic input and output of educational institutions is human and primary schools take place in the first step of these institutions, it can be said that human relations in the institution and the management of these relations are very important. Changes in the structure and management of the school have undoubtedly significantly changed the roles of school administrators. School administrators had to take on new roles in the face of innovations such as globalization, information technology, organizational learning and total quality management. This requires a new mission, leadership and above all a new managerial behavior. An education administrator who has leadership characteristics at the management level of this institution, is self-confident, creative, organized and can understand emotions, in short, whose personality is harmonious, balanced and integrated, will be in healthy relationships within his institution. Based on this, it can be said that the personality structure of the administrators, in other words the leaders of the educational institutions, and their place in the administration is so important that it cannot be denied. In this study, it is aimed to examine the materials science, engineering applications and the products obtained by the manufacturing industry using technology in ceramic-tile production. For this purpose, the developments in Turkey and the world have been examined and presented. In this study, it is determined in which areas the technologies used in ceramic-tile production in Turkey and in the world are concentrated, where and how the materials used in production are obtained, and which areas are of interest in Turkey and in the world. In this context, the effect of clay mixtures obtained depending on the geographical conditions in Turkey is evaluated, and it is seen that the use of waste materials in recycling and ceramic-tile production in the world is more concentrated. One of the simple but effective ways of reducing the number of death and injury caused by traffic accidents is increasing the use of safety belt. A great number of research studies have showed the decreasing effect of safety belt on the number of death and injury caused by traffic accidents. However, when compared with developed countries, it is known that the usage rate of safety belt is low in Turkey. Moreover, the number research studies investigating safety belt is low in Turkey, as well. This current study investigated the safety belt usage rate and the factors affecting this usage rate in different days, at different hours, on different roads at 19 phases in a city located eastern part of Turkey. During a three-month period 3268 vehicles and 5330 people in these vehicles were observed. Findings showed that the general safety belt usage rate is 13.4%. While the usage rate is 6.8% on roads in the city, it is 25.2% on roads out of the city. Police controls cause a rise on the usage rate. People in buses have the lowest usage rate. Drivers’ usage rate is higher than passengers’. Men’s usage rate is higher than women’s. People with higher level of income are more likely to wear safety belt. People having traffic accident experience are more likely to wear seat belt as well. The most important reason for people to wear safety belt is the belief that safety belt secures their life. The most important reason not to wear safety belt is the belief that there is no need to wear safety belt for short distance. These findings can help increase safety belt usage in Turkey.
