The sample of the research consisted of a total of 359 healthcare professionals, 130 male and 229 female, who were in the process of purchasing medical devices in private and public health institutions and organizations in the province of Istanbul, where the thesis was conducted. Questionnaire data collection method was used for the research. The survey was created in the form of a form on Google Drive and applied online. For the survey, a 5-point Likert scale used by Yahya Osman Bilgen in his 2019 study was used. SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 25.0 was used in the analysis of the data. As a result of the study, according to the comparison of the sub-dimensions of the scale total by gender, it was found that the sales personnel and the product itself lead to significantly different sales in different genders, while the company did not cause a significant difference according to gender, and did not affect it significantly according to age ranges and educational status. While the scores obtained from the sales personnel sub-dimension vary significantly according to the working hours in this institution, the scale total and the product and company sub-dimension are compared with the sub-dimension. It was found that the scores of the participants did not differ significantly according to the working time in this institution. In addition, while it did not differ significantly according to their professional experience, it did differ significantly when compared according to marital status. As a result, it can be recommended that the sales personnel working in this sector and who want to continue their career in this field should be experts in their own branch in order to understand the customer needs and explain their product correctly. The arts of tiles and ceramics, which have their roots in prehistoric times and continue their uninterrupted development until today, are among the basic works of human culture. The preservation of these cultural artifacts within the framework of SOKÜM is of great importance in terms of keeping the culture, which is the symbol and identity of past civilizations, alive. Today, it is seen that there is a tendency to new searches in connection with the style, composition order and form of tile and ceramic motifs. These designs, which are completely the product of commercial interests, have created a completely different composition style by including many irrelevant motifs in the composition. Designs now gain an eclectic appearance and lose their originality. According to today's aesthetic understanding, it is necessary to question the art of ceramics and tiles in the context of new products and likely concepts. Ensuring this change without alienating from its essence and identity and creating social awareness in this context can only be possible by protecting and keeping this intangible cultural heritage alive within the framework of SOKÜM. The scale draft, which was created after the literatüre research and expert opinions, was applied on 402 volunteers. As a result of factor analysis, the scale gained its final form with 31 questions and 6 sub-dimensions emerged. In the test-retest application, the relationship/correlation between the first and second application scores was calculated with intra-class correlation (ICC) and was found to be 0.926. This value shows that the questionnaire is reliable. The Cronbach Alpha Coefficient was used for the internal consistency of the questionnaire reliability (Cronbach alpha= 0.957). The control of communication channels and the effect of resource diversity on the struggle, besides the importance it carries for the parties, the role it plays in reaching the result is quite remarkable. Communication in the struggle has been handled as documents examining events within the framework of historical studies. In the field of communication, there is very limited research on the subject. However, the struggle process between the occupation forces and the Kuvayı Milliye was shaped by the use of communication resources. For this reason, researching the National Struggle in the context of communication will facilitate a better understanding of the causes and effects and a factual re-evaluation of the processes in the light of current developments. The communication resources used in the National Struggle were examined with the historical research method in the example of the Urfa Defense, and a synthesis was created by classifying the data obtained as a result of the literature review. And this synthesis is presented in the axis of the historical context and the event-evidence relationship. The main purpose of our study is to provide a source for related research by providing a basis for the subject. For this reason, in order to create a general framework for the study, it has been focused on how the occupation forces and local insurgents communicated during the occupation of Urfa.
