First of all, by taking the natural logarithmic values of the series, it was verified whether the series contains a unit root and it was determined that the series were not stationary in their level values, and that the series were stationary in their first difference. In the continuation of the analysis, the most appropriate delay length was checked by establishing a VAR model, and it was determined that the 4th delay was the most appropriate delay based on the AIC criterion. In the next step, it was checked whether there was an autocorrelation problem, it was observed that it provided a normal distribution, and that there was no autocorrelation in the series and that it was normally distributed. At the last stage, VAR Granger Causality /Block Exogeneity WALD test was applied and as a consequence of the analysis, a one-way causality relationship from economic growth to exports was found. Today, the use of mobile technology by a large number of people and the expectation that its use will increase further is the reason for the study. The study was conducted with the customers of banks operating in Turkey using m-banking application. In order to reach more users, no bank and city restrictions have been made. Data were collected from 430 bank customers using mobile banking with the survey method. Snowball sampling method was used to collect data from the participants. Parasuman et al., (2005) e-service quality scale was used in the study. Dimensions of e-service quality in E-S-QUAL scale consisting of 19 expressions and 4 dimensions; efficiency, fullfilment. availability, and privacy. From the findings obtained at the end of the study, it was determined that each of the dimensions of mobile banking e-service quality (efficiency, fullfilment. availability, privacy) positively affects customer satisfaction. Compared to employees who have high-quality relationships with their managers, employees who have low-quality relationships; It has been revealed in many studies that they take more work and responsibility within the organization, contribute more to organizational outputs and show higher performance. As a result of the power sources used by the leader, it is stated that the power perceived by the employee has a significant effect on performance. From this point of view, the aim of the study is to reveal the regulatory role of the pelz effect in the leader-member exchange and performance relationship for private and public hospital employees serving in Istanbul with the help of structural equation model (SEM). The sample of the study consists of 545 health personnel in different positions. As a result of SEM analysis, leader-member exchange dimension has a positive and significant effect on performance (β =0.423, p <0.01). Leader-Member exchange dimension has a positive and significant effect on the Pelz effect (β =0.240, p <0.01). The Pelz effect size has a significant positive effect on performance (β =0.322, p <0.01). It has been determined that the Pelz effect has mediator role in the effect of leader-member exchange on performance. Thus, the H1, H2, H3 and H4 hypotheses were accepted. Credits are one of the most important factors that strengthen the macroeconomic financial support of banks in a country's economy. The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between the volume of domestic credit given by the banking sector in Turkey and the unemployment rate using the data for the period 2010,M01-2022,M12. As a result of the cointegration analysis, a long-term 23.8% negative relationship was determined between domestic credit volume and unemployment. In short-term relationship analysis; It has been determined that the coefficient of the error correction term is negative and statistically significant, that is, the error correction mechanism of the model works. It has been determined that the increase in the credit volume in Turkey has a reducing effect on the unemployment rate. It is recognized by the International community and is supported by the decisions of general assembly of organization of United Nations. However it is very well known that Crimea or Crimean peninsula is a part of historically existed state of Crimean Tatar people, which was named Crimean Khanate and had relations with all neighboring states, like Ottoman Empire, Russian Empire, Poland, Hungary, France, Great Britain etc. Crimean Tatars in present time are the indegenous people of Crimean peninsula and even at the first part of 20th century until the en masse deportation in 1944 they had their own statehood which was named Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic which geographically was the same like todays Crimean peninsula. The statehood at that time was a part of so called Russian Soviet Federative Soviet Socialist Republic. After the deportation of Crimean Tatars while they we're held in special settlements which we're the close to the or similar to the regime to concentration camps, in 1954 Crimean peninsula was transferred from Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic to Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic. Many people in different international organizations don't know about historical relations between Crimean Tatar people and their state Crimean Khanate and Ukraine. The fact that today's organizations try to achieve more work with fewer people, aim to create leaner systems and more efficiency, can lead to further deterioration of physical and mental health. For example; Leaves that cannot be taken, situations of not being able to find a replacement have started to trigger the behavior of coming to work while sick. In addition, the fact that it has been shown as a performance criterion in job continuity in the past and that this criterion still maintains its place in performance in many organizations makes it necessary for employees to continue to work. Performance pressure in organizations, organizational or personal factors rather than absenteeism; It prevents being present at work and being efficient and productive in this way. This phenomenon in employees who need to take leave due to illness or psychological reasons is defined as presenteeism. In our study; In the literature, the associated factors and recommendations for the phenomenon of presenteeism were reviewed and by looking at the details; It is aimed to include the personal, organizational, spiritual and behavioral connections of the presenteisim phenomenon. Researchers emphasize that the organization of methodological work with deaf children should take into account the competence, conditions, experience, professionalism, characteristics of the teacher and speech therapist, and the attitude of educators to their professionalism. In order to determine the causes of hearing loss, the hereditary factors that cause hearing loss in the child, as well as the factors that affect the child during pregnancy, birth and the first year after birth should be carefully examined. When compiling the psycho-pedagogical characteristics of hearing-impaired children, it is recommended to look at the classification of children in order to distinguish the concepts of hearing. Additionally, in many cases, children are perceived and labeled as unsuccessful by their parents, teachers, and classmates. For this reason, our study is important in terms of determining all stages of examining the pre-diagnosis clues regarding the specific learning disability of the family, and the difficulties encountered during and after the diagnosis. Due to the insufficient special education support services for families and children, there is a need to increase these support services for families and children. The individual's unawareness of specific learning disability problems and not including him/her in appropriate treatment and education programs may lead to isolation from society. Therefore, parents and teachers should pay more attention to this issue.
