The scope of the research consists of 23 companies that are included in the BIST Corporate Governance Index (CGI), whose data can be accessed uninterruptedly between 2013 and 2022 and which are outside of financial institutions. Independent variables in the study, corporate governance rating score, shareholders rating score, public disclosure and transparency rating score, stakeholders rating score and board of directors rating score. Return on assets was taken as the dependent variable. Panel data analysis was used as a method in the research. According to the analysis results; it has been determined that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the return on assets. It has been concluded that as the degree of compliance of the companies with the corporate governance principles increases, the return on assets will also increase. In this study, the evaluation of primary school teachers' levels of teacher efficacy and teacher leadership, determining the relationship between their views on teacher efficacy and their expectations and perceptions about teacher leadership roles, determining whether their views on teacher efficacy predict their expectations and perceptions on teacher leadership roles, their views on teacher efficacy and teacher leadership roles. It is aimed to examine the expectations and perceptions of leadership roles in terms of various variables (gender, age, professional seniority, type of school worked). One of the most important of these negative effects is sea level rise. Coastal areas are the first to be damaged by sea level rise. Due to the complexity of the coastal areas and the fragility of their internal dynamics, the rise in sea level will cause severe damage to the coastal areas. In addition, the presence of urban uses with high economic value such as ports, recreation areas, residential areas, agricultural areas, and nuclear power plants in coastal areas also increase the sensitivity of coastal areas. Rising sea level brings risks such as coastal erosion, flooding, salt water intrusion into fresh water resources, and these risks will cause devastating damage to ecological, economic and social values. With planning, it is possible to prepare a strong defense mechanism against these risks. Raising awareness at the societal level, analyzes and decision support mechanisms according to the characteristics of coastal areas, a governance plan working with decision support mechanisms and innovative interventions with adaptation methods have been evaluated as solutions for the risk of sea level rise. As a concrete example of this, analyzes were made over the Netherlands and sample plans were examined and a sea level rise adaptation plan scheme was produced. This research is a survey type research, one of the general survey models. In terms of economy and time, a sample was taken from the universe. The sample of the study consists of 113 primary school teachers in Eyyubiye district, Şanlıurfa which was determined by simple random sampling method. A scale consisting of 20 questions was prepared by the researcher to determine the characteristics of the discontinuous independent variables of the study. The data were collected by the researcher through face-to-face interviews. In the data analysis part of the research, the frequency and percentage distributions of the answers given to the scale questions were found in the first stage. In order to test the sub-problems of the research, the sum of the scales and the sum of each dimension and the arithmetic mean and standard deviation of the items were determined. T test and ANOVA test were applied to understand whether there was a change according to gender, marital status, age and seniority variables. According to the results of the research, sending students to private schools is the leading factor that increases academic success. Then, they think that the education level of the family is effective on academic success and they also think that the socio-cultural environment in which the family lives affects academic success.
