This research  was done with qualitative research method containing the participation of 11 out of 68 female executives that have been working during the 2020-2021 school year, who have answered 5 questions. When female executives who participated in this work were asked the problems they encounter, they revealed two main problems one of which is based on economy when the other one is their personal issue. They also expressed the idea of additional charge, bringing solution for the miscommunication between them and the top management, which may lead the problems to be solved, might create a workplace where there is no discrimination socially or when it comes to the union rights. More women participating in union right managements, working actively, and taking extra rights such as flexible working hours for the executives who are also mothers.  Female executives not having hard times with their personal rights, may be allowed to retire earlier than their male coworkers due to exhaustion and protecting their cadre when it comes to being assigned to another province were also some opined thoughts. It was investigated how these studies addressed digitalization in health, what research methods they used, which sample groups they worked with, what topics they covered and what results they reached. Qualitative research methods and document analysis model were used in the research. While selecting the studies, the criteria were used, covering the subject of digitalization in health, being published between 2014 and 2023, being produced based on the analysis of data obtained using scientific methods, being published in a peer-reviewed journal or being a chapter of an edited book or being a master's/doctoral thesis. 28 studies were identified in accordance with these criteria. These studies were examined and analyzed according to the years they were published, sample size, sample group, research method, data collection tool, keywords, subject and results. It was observed that the studies were published between 2019 and 2023, and there was an increase in the number of studies published especially after 2021. It was understood that the studies mainly used healthcare professionals and academic publications as samples. In accordance with the nature of qualitative research, fewer participants were used in such studies, and in accordance with the nature of quantitative research, more participants were used in such studies. It was observed that they carried out quantitative and qualitative research in equal proportions. When quantitative studies were examined, it was determined that the survey model was used much more frequently than the relational survey model. It has been observed that in quantitative studies, data are mostly collected by survey method and in most of these studies, the scales are developed by researchers. The findings of studies examining digitalization in health have shown that digitalization in health in Turkey has mostly positive effects for institutions, employees, patients and healthy individuals, but some problems and disruptions are also experienced. As organizations grow, communication networks become longer. In order to prevent this situation, the possibilities of new technologies are utilized. The communication tools that provide the connection of individuals and organizations with the world facilitate the communication that decreases due to physical distance. In addition to the size of organizations, their complex structures can also restrict communication. It is inevitable that communication problems will arise when the role of communication in organizations is prolonged. Communication tools increase their importance day by day. Although communication systems have been used in the field of corporate communication for many years as a reflection of the development in communication technologies, they have some differences with some features. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate and analyze the efficiency and impact of the tools used in the context of corporate communication activities of the institutions within the Ministry of National Education. In line with this goal, unlike traditional methods, it is to test whether the communication methods are gained by the targeted behaviors in the process, as well as to measure the academic gains that can occur in short time intervals. The research was designed following a relational survey model. The study sample consisted of 405 teachers serving in public middle schools in the Esenyurt District of Istanbul during the 2019-2020 academic year. Data for the research were collected using a Personal Information Form, a Decision-Making Participation Scale, and a Teacher Subjective Well-Being Scale. Quantitative analysis methods were employed to evaluate the research data. The research findings indicate that teachers’ participation in school decision-making is “sometimes,” while their overall scores for subjective well-being are “frequent.” Moreover, a moderate, positive, and significant relationship between teachers’ participation in school decision-making and their levels of subjective well-being (r=0.554; p=0.000) has been established. It was also concluded that as teachers’ participation in decision-making increases, their subjective well-being shows a positive and significant rise. Additionally, teachers’ participation in school decision-making was found to explain 30.7% of the variation in their subjective well-being levels, predicting it in a positive and significant manner (R2=0.307; p=0.000). There were simultaneous lockdowns all over the world and billions of people were unable to leave their homes. During the lockdown, employees could not go to work and students could not go to school. Life almost stopped all over the world at a level unprecedented in the recent past. This study aims to analyze the transformation of the pandemic, which started as a health crisis, into a major economic depression in a short time. OECD countries, of which Turkey is a member, were taken as the universe of analysis. The two main reasons for taking OECD countries as a basis are that Turkey is also a member of this organization and most of the OECD countries are developed countries. Therefore, the economic volumes of OECD member countries represent a large part of the world economy. T Test and Mann Whitney U Difference Tests were used as analysis methods in the study. Thus, it was tested whether there was a statistically significant difference between the change in 2018-2019, which represents the period just before the pandemic, and the change in 2019-2020, when the first and severe effects of the pandemic were observed. The findings can be summarized as follows, 1) Both the GDP as a whole and the growth rates by sectors experienced a significant decline during the pandemic period compared to the pre-pandemic period. There is a statistically significant difference between the two periods except for agriculture and finance. 2) According to the annual change in working hours, there has been a decline in the pandemic period compared to the pre-pandemic period. This decrease in all lines of activity except mining and public sector is statistically confirmed as a difference between the two periods. 3) According to the change in foreign trade compared to the previous year, there was a decrease in the pandemic period compared to the pre-pandemic period. This decrease is confirmed by the statistically significant difference between the two periods. 4) The change in public expenditures increased during the pandemic period compared to the pre-pandemic period. This increase is also supported by the statistical difference between the two periods. It is impossible to understand its’ meaning, forms of implementation and probable consequences out of the social, philosophical, ethnocultural, territorial and geographic context. In the post-colonial era, its’ value was not decreased; on the contrary, its impact was raised when exploring the relevant connections to be applied in interacting with the concept of “Indigenous Peoples” the way it was developed by the UN. The formation of new societies (and states) has been a permanent phenomenon since the existence of the world. Namibia, East Timor, Southern Sudan – all acts of self-determination recognized and supported by the international community. The case of Brexit can be considered similar to the aforementioned examples. Along with them, there are many other cases that are subject of dispute and frictions, which are not yet over or are still only processes in the making which will sooner or later appear in various parts of our planet. In view of the political and legal framework, the overall territory of the earth has more ot less been completely distributed among sovereign independent states; nevertheless, the question of self-determination is a highly conflictual one. The range of opportunities that existed to solve such conflicts has already been tried and tested within the system of the UN. In a lengthy process the concepts of “Indigenous Peoples”, “Internal Self-Determination”, “Free, Prior and Informed Consent” and “constructive agreements” between Indigenous Peoples and states were developed Journal: Eurasian Academy of Sciences Social Sciences Journal Pages: 110-120 Volume: 51 Issue: 51 Year: 2023 Month: Mar DOI: 10.17740/eas.soc.2023.V51.07 File-URL: https://eurasianacademy.org/index.php/socialsciences/article/view/1376 File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:eas:journl:v:51:y:2023:i:51:p:110-120
