In this context, the long-term preservation of museum objects and cultural assets requires a preventive conservation approach. This approach entails proactively identifying potential deterioration factors and implementing appropriate measures to mitigate them. The protection of museums and the preservation of artworks vary significantly across countries. Developed nations, particularly those in the European Union (EU), the United States (US), and Canada, demonstrate a heightened sensitivity towards this issue. This study delves into the conservation practices and perspectives adopted by museums in these countries. The preservation of textile artifacts, one of the most critical categories of museum objects, holds immense importance. These artifacts, ranging from archaeological textiles to ethnographic pieces, costumes, and furniture, serve as invaluable historical documents. However, they are highly susceptible to deterioration due to factors such as decay, pests, humidity, and other external agents. Consequently, specialized techniques and methods have been developed specifically for the preservation of textile artifacts. The early experiences also increase children's awareness of geography concepts. In this study, it was aimed to get the opinions of preschool teachers in order to make geography education visible in our country. For this purpose, situation analysis from qualitative research patterns was used. In this context, interviews were conducted with 16 teachers from private and public schools using easily accessible case sampling from purposeful sampling. The data collection was carried out face-to-face with a semi-structured interview form. These data were subjected to descriptive and content analysis. As a result of the research, preschool teachers stated that geography education is necessary in the preschool period. While teaching geography, teachers agree that the child should get to know the country, region, environment and nature where he lives, as well as the sky and planets. The current study highlights the EFL teachers’ perceptions and experiences of configuring a supportive learning environment to spur critical thinking. It also investigates the emerging factors classroom learning environment that affect EFL teachers’ integration of teaching critical thinking. This study is framed by an exploratory qualitative research design in which a grounded theory approach is utilized through extensive semi-structured interviews as a research instrument. The data was collected from twelve EFL-experienced teachers who have voluntarily participated. To interpret the findings, a constant comparative technique was employed as the primary data analysis technique. The results show that the classroom learning environment’s psychological, pedagogical, and social factors influence the integration of CT, introducing a parachute model to boost learners’ critical thinking skills. Therefore, this distribution reveals the differences in the welfare level of employes. Identifying the factors affecting the differences can be an important step in reducing the severity of the differences. Thus, progress can be made in terms of employee motivation, productivity, welfare and stability of the labor market. This study aims to explain wage inequality in a theorical framework within the context of neoclassical economics and human capital theory, identify the factors affecting inequality and analyze the trend of inequality in Türkiye and other countries. Empirical studies in the literatüre on the subject are discussed. In addition, wage inequality indices (Gini, Theil’s T Statistic and 90/10 ratio) calculated with the date obtained from the Household Labor Force Survey for the period 2009-2020 in Türkiye are used to analyze the course of wage inequality at the regional level. The Gini/National Income index for Türkiye and other countries and the 1980-2022 period are also included in the scope of this analysis. Wage inequality at the regional level in Türkiye has been on a downward trend since 2010, whilw in other countries it has fluctuated, especially after the 2007-2008 period when income distribution bottomed out. In order to improve wage inequality in Türkiye, legal regulations and union activities need to be supported. In addition, digitalisation supports innovation and sectoral development, as well as the transformation in education and learning methods, helping to develop skills in line with the needs of the labour market and thus creating a workforce that supports economic growth. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of digitalisation on growth in BRICS-T countries from the developing country group by using annual data for the period 2010-2022 with the help of panel cointegration analysis. As a result of the LM bootstrap panel cointegration test developed by Westerlund and Edgerton (2007), a long-run relationship was determined. Throughout the panel, exports of information and communication technology products, the number of individuals using the Internet and the number of mobile phone subscribers were found to be positively and significantly related to growth. The most influential variable on growth is determined as exports of information and communication technology products. In the model, the coefficient of the error correction term is negative and statistically significant. In other words, the error correction mechanism of the model is working and a short-term relationship is determined. The coefficients are lower in the short run. Independent variables are less effective on growth in the short run than in the long run.
