The classical poetry analysis techniquewas applied through the study. Consisting of five separate parts, each part of this river poem has been evaluatedindependently, in the conclusion part a general judgment has been reached. The theme of the poem dedicated to Hasan Râsim Us, one of the writers of Dergâh magazine, is the sea.His allegation is that the sea assumes a reflective function like a mirror to humans and vice versa. With whichemotional state and thought one approaches to the sea, it responds to humanbeings likewise. Moreover, the sea hasthe power to exaggerate these feelings and thoughts with its majesty. The person who chooses to take this as anadvantage uses the sea as a means of revenge in the moment of anger. Thus he experiences catharsis and is purifiedby getting rid of the negativity that alienates his soul from himself.Arolat associates the sea with the inner world of a person, with its boundless view and unreachable depth. In the poem, the sea serves as a mirror, a lens and a means of revenge that enables one to make sense of his feelingsand thoughts and thus to take control of his life. These were named respectively as Kurultay, Toy, Divan, Shura, Divanı Hümayun, Meşveret. From the XVIIIth century onwards, with the effect of lost wars and westernization, the sultans formed wide-ranging advisory boards.  From this period onwards, advisory boards started to become permanent and formalized. The concept of “Meşveret Meclisi”, which started from Abdülhamid I onwards, turned into a fully functioning institution during the reign of the next sultan Selim III. Selim III acted according to the Layihas prepared by the Council of Legislators during the reform process he initiated under the name Nizamı Cedit. From the beginning of the XIXth century onwards, with the “Majlis Valayı Ahkâmi Adliye” and “Darüşuayı Askeri” established by Mahmud II, advisory councils became a part of the Ottoman state administration.   During the Tanzimat period, the “Majlis Ali Tanzimat”, which was established during the reign of Sultan Abdülmecid, functioned as a decision-making body alongside the sultan and had many judicial, administrative and military powers. In this period, the fact that the Divan Hümayun was abolished and the Ministries established in its place were in the form of ministries necessitated an audit mechanism above all.  The institution of “Shûrâ-i-State”, which was also established during the Tanzimat period and supervised the state administration in its entirety and was the predecessor of today's Council of State, was the most influential institution of the state in its period.   Journal: Eurasian Academy of Sciences Social Sciences Journal Pages: 103-117 Volume: 55 Issue: 55 Year: 2024 Month: Mar DOI: 10.17740/eas.soc.2024.V55.07 File-URL: https://eurasianacademy.org/index.php/socialsciences/article/view/1484 File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:eas:journl:v:55:y:2024:i:55:p:103-117 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Kubilay ERİŞLİK Author-Email: kubilayerislik@ticaret.edu.tr Title: RANKING OF SELECTED NASDAQ100 COMPANIES ACCORDING TO THEIR FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE WITH MCRAT AND RAPS Abstract: In this study, two new multi-criteria decision-making methods (MCDMs) for investment decision making in the stock market are introduced. The first method is called multiple criteria ranking by alternative trail (MCRAT); the second method is ranking alternatives by perimeter similarity (RAPS). In this study, 79 stocks in the NASDAQ 100 index are ranked by MCRAT and RAPS methods based on 9 different financial indicators. The ranking results obtained were compared with the widely preferred TOPSIS method using the same alternatives and criteria. As a result of the analysis, it is observed that MCRAT and RAPS methods have high correlation with the ranking results obtained by TOPSIS method. Therefore, it is concluded that MCRAT and RAPS methods can be used with confidence when making investment decisions in the stock market. These types of negative behaviors can significantly impact employees' job performance. Victims of mobbing often experience a loss of self-confidence, decreased motivation, and reduced commitment to their work. Constant exposure to stress can lead to issues with concentration and a decline in productivity. Moreover, mobbing can result in higher absenteeism rates, increased desire to leave the job, and burnout syndrome among employees, which negatively affects overall work efficiency. Mobbing not only impacts individual performance but also disrupts the morale of the entire team and the organization’s functioning. In educational institutions, a peaceful and supportive working environment enables teachers and other staff to focus more on their duties and better respond to students' needs. Identifying and eliminating mobbing behaviors preserves workplace harmony within the institution and, in the long run, enhances the success of both employees and students. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between mobbing perceptions and employee performance among secondary school physical education teachers working in Istanbul. A total of 248 physical education teachers voluntarily participated in the study. The results of the correlation analysis revealed a significant negative relationship between mobbing and job performance (r=-0.583, p<0.01). As mobbing increases, job performance decreases by 58.3%. The results of the regression analysis showed that when the perception of mobbing increases by 1 unit, job performance decreases by 0.550 units (β=-0.550, p<0.01). Additionally, the regression analysis of mobbing sub-dimensions identified job and career-related obstacles as the variable that most negatively affects job performance. One of the areas of social relations where stress is experienced most intensely is the field of education and training, and schools, which are the main institutions of this field. Considering the massiveness and effectiveness of educational activities, it is a necessity to combat the stress experienced in this field and to identify the stress sources of teachers, which is one of the main components of this field. In this study, which was carried out for this purpose, the perception of organizational stress sources by teachers working in secondary education institutions with hostels, the effects of these resources on teachers and the differentiation of teachers according to these sources were examined. Among the universe of the research, 15 schools were selected considering the purpose of the research, limitations and opportunities, and 258 teachers working in these schools were selected as the sample group of the research. The data collection tool used in the study was developed by Aslan (1995) and updated by Merkan (2011). The "Teachers' Organizational Stress Sources Questionnaire" used in the research consists of 13 dimensions. As a result of the research, it was determined that the attitudes and behaviors of the managers, human relations and the way of supervision constituted the lowest organizational stress source among 13 dimensions.
