In this study, document analysis was used as a qualitative data analysis method. The population of this research consists of all written and visual media. These are television channels, national newspapers, internet news sites, and current and science magazines. Among the mass media, television channels, national newspapers, current and science magazines and internet news sites, which are the most preferred in print and visual media, were included in the sample. National newspapers were monitored for one month, current and science magazines for four months, television channels for three months, and internet news websites for three months. The news corresponding to migration in the aforementioned mass media was processed into evaluation forms and interpreted through descriptive analysis.   When evaluated based on quantity among all media tools, it was determined that the news corresponding to the subject of migration was mostly found on internet news sites. It was observed that the news and texts identified within the scope of the research were mostly about "irregular migration." When the news and texts corresponding to the subject of migration published in the media tools were evaluated according to their subjects, it was concluded that the subjects of "migration attempt resulting in disaster" in national newspapers, "migrant smuggling" in television channels, "irregular migration" in internet news sites, and "exchange migration" in magazines were covered more. In geography lessons, using news with high instructive quality and corresponding to the subject of migration as course material will help to concretize the subject and gain an actual quality. It also aims to enhance resource efficiency by minimizing raw material usage through waste management. Departing from traditional consumption patterns, the circular economy revolves around the concept of consume-transform rather than consume-dispose, thereby minimizing natural resource degradation while fostering growth. The objective of this study is to examine the employment changes that will occur in sectors representing the circular economy, focusing on the renewable energy sector. The study discusses the employment opportunities created by the equipment, hardware, and technical personnel required for renewable energy production globally and in Turkey, as well as the potential effects of transition processes on women and youth in the context of the circular economy. By 2030, it is anticipated that there will be a net increase of 10.2 million jobs in the clean energy sector worldwide compared to 2022, with Turkey expecting a net increase of 300,000 jobs in the clean energy sector by 2030. Turkey is aware of the impact of clean energy usage on employment, current account deficit, and energy security, and thus incorporates renewable energy into its development plans. Therefore, while shaping development plans, it is extremely important to consider the impact of clean energy utilisation on current account deficit and energy security as well as employment. As a result of this diversity, Turkish music is called by two different names, Turkish Folk Music (THM) and Turkish Art Music (TSM), despite having similar concepts. Today, in amateur or professional Turkish music education, the fact that the terms and concepts of THM and TSM are the same but named in different ways sometimes causes concept confusion. It can be said that this confusion is one of the main problems of Turkish music conservatories, music education departments and amateur music education institutions (associations, public education, private music courses, etc.). Furthermore, this problem may be considered as an obstacle to Turkish music having standardized information that is acceptable to everyone like Western music. The aim of the research is to apply new methods that unify and facilitate the transfer of Turkish music to future generations through education. The research is important in terms of standardizing Turkish music education and thus combining both music genres. The sample of the study consists of Giresun Folk Songs in the TRT repertoire, where the variety of methods is seen more than other provinces. "Descriptive" method was used in the research. The 64 folk songs in the TRT repertoire were compiled in 10 different methods. In line with the descriptive method, the "Survey" model was utilized. In the research, the data obtained with these methods were analyzed and interpreted. Within the scope of the research, comparisons of Turkish Music Usuls under the titles of THM and TSM were made, and as a result of this comparison, it is seen that these two genres are similar to each other and can be taught together with common concepts.  Journal: Eurasian Academy of Sciences Social Sciences Journal Pages: 67-99 Volume: 56 Issue: 56 Year: 2024 Month: Mar DOI: 10.17740/eas.soc.2024.V56.05 File-URL: https://eurasianacademy.org/index.php/socialsciences/article/view/1456 File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:eas:journl:v:56:y:2024:i:56:p:67-99 Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Soumia Seguer Author-Email: soumiaikram1997@gmail.com Author-Workplace-Name: Gaziantep Üniversitesi Title: TURKISH BRANDS ACCORDING TO ALGERIAN CONSUMERS: COUNTRY OF ORIGIN EFFECT* Abstract: In this research, it was aimed to examine the factors affecting the intention of Algerian customers to purchase Turkish clothing brands and the effects of attitude towards Turkish clothing brands, subjective norms, culture, perceived behavioral control and country of origin on the intention to buy of Algerian customers for Turkish clothing brands were investigated. The use of emoji has played an important role in shaping digital culture. Emojis, which have become indispensable elements of digital communication, can reflect users' cognitive processes and emotional states, beyond expressing emotions and reinforcing meaning. In line with the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted with 317 people from various age and demographic groups, including students, academicians and university staff studying at foundation and state universities in the Marmara region, who were selected as a purposeful sample. T-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used to evaluate the findings of the study for which ethical permission was obtained. The data obtained emphasize that emojis play an important role in digital culture not only as a means of communication, but also as a means of expressing individuals' inner worlds and instant cognitive states. At the same time, it has been revealed that demographic variables such as gender and age also play a determining role in emoji usage preferences. These findings provide important clues that should be taken into account in the design of digital communication tools and the development of social media platforms. The universe of the research is made up of teachers working in istanbul province. His sample consisted of 227 teachers who were selected by unelected method and worked at preschool, elementary, secondary and high school levels in Pendik, Sultangazi, Arnavutköy, Kartal, Tuzla districts of Istanbul province. In this study, which was carried out with relational scanning method from quantitative research models, the "informal communication scale" developed by Ugurlu (2014) and the "lifetime learning trends scale" developed by Gür Erdogan and Arsal (2016) were used as data collection tools. While the differentiation status of the data obtained in the study according to gender, marital status and lifelong education status was examined with Mann-Whitney U, the differentiation status according to age level, education status, level of teaching and duration worked as a teacher was examined by Kruskall-Wallis test. Sprearman Rho correlation was used to determine the relationship between informal communication skills and lifelong learning tendencies. According to the findings of the study, teachers are willing to participate in lifelong learning. For the informal communication level of the teachers, a result has been determined in favor of the undergraduate level of graduates from the undergraduate and graduate education level. It has been concluded that as teachers' informal communication skills increase, their lifelong learning tendencies increase. With teachers from 7 different regions in Turkey, it can be examined whether these two variables differ according to where they live. However, agricultural support policies have an important role in ensuring stability and sustainability in the agricultural sector as agriculture is subject to nature and has many characteristics such as low-price elasticities of supply and demand. All of the interventions made by the state in the agricultural sector in line with the objectives such as protecting producer incomes, securing food supply, increasing productivity by ensuring efficient use of resources and contributing to the country's output by increasing competitiveness are called agricultural support policies. After the global economic crisis in 1929, countries resorted to agricultural support policies to protect the producers whose income decreased after the contraction in demand. In the early days, export subsidies were introduced as a result of the excess supply created by the supports provided to ensure supply security, which increased the burden on the public budgets of countries. In order to put an end to this situation and to include agriculture in the free market mechanism, GATT meetings were organized and finally the agricultural agreement was signed in 1994. From this point of view, whether the PSE, GHDT, SCT and NPC supports included in the OECD support definition applied between 1992-2020 affect the productivity of wheat, maize, lentil, sunflower in Turkey, Mexico, EU, USA, South Africa, Russia and Australia is tested in the context of cointegration panel data analysis. The analysis reveals that there is a positive significant relationship between subsidies and productivity of the analyzed crops. The fact that the US and the EU, which implement high subsidies, have the highest coefficient ratio of the subsidy-productivity relationship shows the importance of subsidies in agriculture. On the other hand, the panel analysis revealed that Turkey does not get the desired yield from the products with the supports it applies. Teachers’ attitudes toward this type of education directly affect inclusivity in the classroom and students’ academic success. Teachers with positive attitudes prioritize understanding and supporting different cultural values and fostering empathy among students. However, various factors influence teachers’ attitudes toward multicultural education, including personal experiences, professional training levels, and the cultural composition of the regions where they work. Raising awareness and providing support for teachers in this area play a crucial role in enhancing both student success and social cohesion. This study aims to examine teachers’ perceptions of managing diversity and their attitudes toward multicultural education. To foster positive attitudes toward multicultural education, awareness and training programs should be implemented. Pre-service and in-service teacher training programs should include more content aimed at understanding and respecting cultural diversity. Teachers should be encouraged to gain knowledge about different cultures, develop empathy skills, and plan activities that promote cultural diversity in their classrooms. Furthermore, inclusive environments in schools should be created through the use of multicultural educational materials, and effective communication with students’ families should be established. Encouraging collaboration and experience-sharing among teachers can help spread best practices. To establish a positive attitude, educational policies should also be shaped with a perspective that supports multicultural education.  Journal: Eurasian Academy of Sciences Social Sciences Journal Pages: 171-190 Volume: 56 Issue: 56 Year: 2024 Month: Mar DOI: 10.17740/eas.soc.2024.V56.09 File-URL: https://eurasianacademy.org/index.php/socialsciences/article/view/1530 File-Format: Application/pdf Handle: RePEc:eas:journl:v:56:y:2024:i:56:p:171-190
