In modern medicine, the patient is transfused with whole blood or components as needed. Blood transfusion is a medical treatment. The primary aim of all medical treatments is to provide benefit and achieve effective results. In order to ensure that the decided blood type does not harm the patient, tests are performed to identify diseases that can be transmitted through blood, and to prevent possible reactions and to prevent other harms, donor and patient blood are cross-compared. As a primary precaution in order to obtain the expected benefit from the treatment, all harmful elements that would put the patient's life at risk are eliminated. Before blood transfusion, the patient is informed about the benefits and harms of the blood or its component to be used and written consent is obtained. The patient is warned to report any reactions that may occur during any stage of transfusion to the nurse or physician. In this article; The sanctions to be applied to those responsible and the legal liability of the administration in order to eliminate the damages that cause the violation of the right to health and life of the service recipients due to the service not functioning well and as required during the process of taking blood and blood products, storing them, delivering them to those in need and transfusion are examined in terms of health law. The analysis is conducted using the Dumitrescu-Hurlin panel causality test with annual data covering the period from 1992-2021. The literature suggests that advancements in technological innovations have either a direct or indirect effect on carbon dioxide emissions. While this effect is often negative, some studies have found that technological innovations can increase carbon dioxide emissions. However, the findings of this study indicate that there is no causal relationship between the two variables. Technological innovations in E7 countries do not play an effective role in reducing carbon intensity. The results demonstrate that technological innovations in these countries have not yet reached a level where they can significantly lower carbon intensity. In this context, it is emphasised that policymakers should prioritise technologies aimed at reducing carbon emissions. As of 2021, Turkish TV series, which have been broadcast in more than 170 countries, especially in the Middle East and North Africa, have reached hundreds of millions of viewers and ranked third after the US and the UK in TV series exports. The popularity of these TV series in the countries they are exported to has enabled Turkish content to be used as an effective tool in areas such as export, cultural promotion, tourism and language teaching. The aim of this research is to examine the factors affecting the development of Turkish TV series exports. Within the scope of the research, in-depth interviews were conducted with 19 experts who have knowledge and experience in TV series exports. The obtained data were evaluated with the content analysis method and the relationships between themes and codes were analyzed with the help of code-based frequency graphs using the MAXQDA program. The research determined the advantages provided by the increase in the viewing rates of Turkish TV series abroad and the disadvantages created by the problems encountered in the series export processes for the sector, and compiled the suggestions of the sector representatives for the future. The Turkish TV series sector has achieved great success in the international market; for the sustainability of this success, the support provided to the sector needs to be increased and diversified. In order for Turkey to further increase its share in international service trade, long-term strategic goals that will contribute to sustainable growth by creating a competitive advantage are needed (Produced from a doctoral dissertation). The sample group of the study was created using the convenience sampling method. The survey method was preferred for data collection in this study. The survey form prepared in the online environment includes brand image, perceived deception in the advertisement, purchase intention scales and demographic questions. SPSS 25.0 and SPSS process program were used to analyze the data in the study. Regression analysis, correlation analysis, validity and reliability analyses, confirmatory factor analysis, normal distribution and frequency analyses were used within the scope of the research. The role of brand image in the relationship between consumer perceptions of deceptive advertisements and purchase intention was also determined by regression analyses. The mediating role of brand image in the effect of sub-dimensions of perceived deception in advertising on purchase intention was investigated. As a result of the analyses, it was concluded that five sub-dimensions of consumer perceptions towards deceptive advertisements affected purchase intention both significantly and negatively. It was concluded that five sub-dimensions of consumer perceptions towards advertisements also affected brand image both significantly and negatively. Exchange rates, defined as the prices at which one currency can be exchanged for another, have a significant impact on a country's trade balance. Fluctuations in exchange rates can influence the competitiveness of exports and imports and, consequently, the trade balance. One of the most notable studies in this context is the Marshall-Lerner condition, which states that if the sum of the price elasticities of demand for a country's exports and imports exceeds one, a devaluation (or depreciation) of the country's currency will improve its trade balance. In simpler terms, if the combined response of export and import volumes to changes in prices is sufficiently high, a devaluation of the currency can lead to an improvement in the trade balance. The relationship between exchange rates and the trade balance is complex and depends on numerous factors, such as the exchange rate regime, demand elasticities, and time lags. Therefore, a depreciation in a country's currency does not always lead to an improvement in the trade balance. This study examines the impact of Turkey's real effective exchange rate on imports and exports between 2018 and 2024. To investigate the long-term relationship, the Bayer-Hanck (2013) Cointegration Analysis was employed, while the Error Correction Model was applied to explore short-term relationships. The result of the analysis; The Bayer-Hanck cointegration test results indicated long-term relationships between the real exchange rate (REDK) and exports (IHR) and imports (ITH). However, FMOLS estimates revealed that these relationships are not statistically significant for the analyzed period. The VECM results failed to establish any statistically significant short-term relationships between REDK and the dependent variables, indicating the absence of significant short-term dynamics. In this case, businesses need an innovative structure and at the same time employees who will create this structure. Innovative work behaviour is the activities that will provide gains to the organisation or the employee himself/herself regarding the activities within the employee's duties and responsibilities. For organisational creativity, a high cultural background, courage, determination, holistic thinking, visionary perspective towards the future, attitude and behaviour integrity, which have an important place in the formation and development of creativity, are necessary. Technopolises are a very important tool in ensuring the cooperation between university-industry-government in the process of transforming innovative knowledge and technologies into innovation. Therefore, innovative work behaviours of the employees in technopolis companies and their transformation into organisational creativity are of great importance. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of innovative work behaviour on organisational creativity for technopolis employees in Istanbul. As a result of the correlation analysis, the dimensions were found to be positively and significantly related to each other. As innovative work behaviour increases, organisational creativity increases by 54.8%. As a result of regression analysis, innovative work behaviour has a positive statistically significant effect on organisational creativity (β=0.602, p<0.01). innovative work behaviour sub-dimensions of Idea Generation (β=0.368, p<0.01), Research (β=0.322, p<0.01), Support (β=0.265, p<0.01) and Implementation (β=0.319, p<0.01) have a positive statistically significant effect on organisational creativity. While the greatest effect on organisational creativity was found to be producing and researching, the least effect was found to be supporting and implementation. Adolescence is a period marked by intense psychological and emotional changes, making the effects of post-traumatic stress responses in this age group a significant topic. This study aims to provide a solid theoretical framework on adolescents' post-traumatic stress responses by compiling existing literature. Using a descriptive survey method, the study examines 28 theses in terms of thesis type, publication year, language, the province where they were published and conducted, the university where the thesis was completed, study areas, topic distributions, study groups, research types, data collection tools used, and data analysis methods applied. According to the findings, the most common type of thesis was a master's thesis. Most studies employed cross-sectional surveys, with the field of medicine being the most common area for studying adolescents' responses to post-traumatic stress. The majority of related theses were prepared at Akdeniz University. In today's Turkey, earthquakes, violence, etc. Considering the events, it is thought that theses on the subject should be increased.
